The beds were comfortable. I left my cleanser in the shower. I called to get it mailed. Apparently, everything is kept in a locked cabinet and no one has access except for the house maid. I left messages for her to call me and get word if stuff was found and no one called me back. I have suspicions that it was stolen. Never going back

To be fair, looks like this property is in the middle of some sort of renovation. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were really helpful.

Smelled like urine there was a big bug in the bathroom. AC was loud.

When I pay $300 for a night’s stay, I expect the facility to meet the standards the site promotes. My daughter needs aqua therapy for mobility issues, so we booked a hotel with pool, except the pool has been under construction for a couple of months. It would have been helpful if your website had told us that, so we could decide. If, I pay $300, l expect to give my daughter her exercise session. Very disappointed.

The staff was amazing. Due to the bad weather we had a very eventful weekend, but even with everything that occurred the staff make sure to take care of your knee.

Staff was amazing. Emily and the lady cleaning tables were the sweetest.

I asked for service daily and we only received service once (on the last day) out of 5 day stay. There was a storm that knocked out the power on the second day. So we had to walk up and down the stairs to the 4th floor most of the stay because the elevator was never fixed. This hotel was rated 4 stars on booking.com....it was def no more than 3. Not worth the amount we paid.

Very good

Very sweet and accommodating front desk staff, particularly the older lady who checked us in upon our very late arrival. She doted on our kids and gave them goody bags, and offered us all bottled water. The room was comfortable and seemed relatively clean with slight signs of wear, but nothing egregious. The bed was very comfy and I had probably one of the best nights of sleep I experienced during our ten days of travel. The morning breakfast was good and fully stocked with a nice variety of offerings like waffles, oatmeal, omelets, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage, breakfast potatoes, etc. The breakfast area was actively clean and restocked. In summary, I recommend this property and would stay here again!

In addition, the cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations. The bathroom felt dingy and was not as clean as it should have been for guests checking in. A clean, well-maintained space is a basic expectation when staying at any hotel. Overall, the experience did not reflect what was advertised, and we were disappointed that we did not receive the amenities or quality we expected when making our reservation.

Staff was friendly & location was easy to highway access dried blood spots on the walls by both beds. Tile in bathroom was broken & lifted every time you walked on it. Bathtub was not very clean either. Loud noises in the area at night of people street racing with loud music.
