I didn’t have no TV all night long while I was there. I went up front three times and he said he was gonna get maintenance over there. I woke up in the morning and the TV was still not working. I feel that they owe me some money because the TV did not work and I went to bed with no TV so I think you guys should call them and tell them that they owe me a refund. Thank you.

Horrible condition the box spring was just boards did not have material anymore. TV did not work right. The Chair that was there was very dirty. The door to room was hard to open The out of building had a lot of trash In front. Spent about 45 minutes in Room. Went to front desk told them I was not staying. Said they would not refund my money. Said I didn't care And I would never again rent a room at Roadway hotel in Abilene tx.

I had to ask to change room’s. It’s like they didn’t know they room they put me in was used. It’s like the beds had been used. There was old trash by the sink with ants crawling up the wall into the ceiling. The second room was more susceptible.

The room was great for being in a pinch. The AC in the first room didn't work, when the guy came to bring batteries for the remote he said it would just take some time to cool off. An hour later it wasn't cooling at all so they allowed me to change rooms. There is trash in all the common areas of the hotel and the parking lot is pretty awful. The rooms are all indoors and facing each other with empty space in the middle so it can seem pretty loud. It looks like it used to be an outdoor hotel. The bed was comfortable and clean and the staff was really helpful.

Well I was highly disappointed because I called them at 4:30 pmand told them that I was going to be running a little late and that I wouldn't be there until midnight. The dude told me he would call me right back and he called me back 3 hours later and told me that they sold my room and that I didn't have one anymore. So in the middle of the night I was sitting on the side of the highway trying to find another motel for me and my son. Very disappointed in this property.

Dirty room, environment feels like a jail block with the constant echos from the central enclosed area, no outside window with no natural light. Felt as though I was paying $100 to stay in jail.

Overall, sleeping in my car would have been a better option.

It is obvious that this location once had a life as a convention facility. Furniture disappearing. Headboards very damaged, curtains not covering windows fully, our room leaked warpter at the faucet, carpets outside rooms haven’t been vacuumed at all. THS place need attention! Good possible location for a Halloween ball or dance with catering and rented furniture. Rooms very plain, aand needed desk.

Avoid this place!!! Outside has trash everwhere! Right outside the main door were 2 people smoking out a car, walked by the next morning car still running, and both asleep in it. Inside, besides random doors hanging off the hinges, the TV did not work, multiple sockets were missing the cover plates, shower was dirty, 1 lamp was out and the ac kept cutting off. The help at the front desk hardly spoke English enough to tell me where the room was. A "resident" told me where my room was.
