Not a very safe area to walk around. For sure not at nighttime. The staff wasn’t that friendly and they didn’t have any rooms ready at check in so we had to wait in the lobby. No breakfast either which was a downside.

Checking in and out was easy. Room was clean except discovered a very large water bug in the middle of the night and couldn’t fall back to sleep after seeing it. Bed sheets are a bit rough compared to other linens I have had at other hotels.

My stay was excellent. This was my second visit, and on both occasions, the staff and overall atmosphere were outstanding. I will definitely stay here again when I return. I would like for the restaurant need to open a little later on the weekends except sunday.

I've stayed at this property dozens of times. It's the only place I stay in Albany. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good. I look forward to my next stay here.
