The location was great, the staff very helpful, polite, professional, breakfast your usual expected continental, warmed, clean environment, the mattresses are not firm and supportive are aged not totally saggy yet aged

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is very poor. Surely a big hotel chain should not be using plastic cutlery and disposable plates and cups adding enormously to pollution of the environment.

Location was great! Parking was convenient. Breakfast was what you expect for a free breakfast. Hot eggs, potatoes, sausage, and make your own waffles. Plus pastries and coffee all day. Bed was horrid. Lumpy, noisy, and it sloped to one side. I would have complained if I didn't think they were probably all like that.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The best Hampton Inn breakfast I can remember. Well done! Nothing.

Friendly staff! The elevator got packed. I’m not sure both were working.

Great experience overall, loved the bar on the premises! Only downside was there was only 1 elevator working and it would take a long time. We ended up taking the stairs a few times.

Our visit was very nice. Easy check-in, friendly staff, and all the usual comforts. The building has two elevators in the main lobby, one was out of service. This made it very difficult to get guests to their rooms after the show at the Palace ended.

Only one elevator worked so it was a long wait to get one it most times we needed to get on it. Most times we just went down 6 flights of stairs.
