Staff Breakfast

After a long day of walking and enjoying NM State Fair with my family, we stayed here for the night. The double room was large enough to accommodate my family of 7. The night staff was very welcoming and friendly. Morning staff was also very friendly. Thank you for housing my family. We will definitely stay here again.

Gated parking lot with lots of lights. very clean open areas in the hotel. Having to pay for parking on top of the room fees

I liked the amount of space it had. The room had a weird smell, the carpet felt super dirty and there was a spot that was ripped off and had a rusty nail exposed and I scraped my foot on it. I had my toddlers with me, it scared me to think it could have hurt them even worse. The curtains can’t close completely so that was annoying you could see right inside the room.

Everything was great but paying for the parking sucked

Overall the stay was good, we loved the room and loved the pool, but honestly the people at the front desk where very rude when me or my wife would go down and ask for something we maybe went down a total of 3 times to ask for different items as we brought our babies and as life happens and we forgot stuff them just seemed rude and unhelpful

The room was spacious and clean, but the mattresses were worn out. The breakfast was decent, except for the coffee that was weak and tasteless. The chairs on the breakfast area were old and filthy.

The suite with 2 bedrooms. Very clean, needs some caulking clean up. There was a dirty spoon in the drawer. The pool picture online is misleading as to its size. Would be nice to be open past 8 pm. There was tape on corner of a picture frame looked broken. The scents of the handwashing and body soap were masculine and too heavy.

Room was comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and helpful!

I was okay in the beginning, but then we got an upgrade because we rented a handicap room and they had gave it to someone else. But we talk to the manager and he gave us an upgrade and it was nice. They even gave us a late check out. Breakfast was really good as well.

Rooms where clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint was not enough luggage carts on site,

The property had a good location and the breakfast was decent. The pool was small, there was stains on the curtains, the fan in the room every time I turned it on it seemed like it was gonna fall off, I seen hair in the inside of the pillow that was not mine. The couch that was provided was wore out.
