We arrived in the evening . When I booked the room for 3 nights, I chose a king handicap accessible, walk in shower . We were assigned a room with 2 db beds, the no carpet entry area was sticky and hadn’t been mopped. When I stepped on it I almost fell. My husband couldn’t have reached the grab bar on the wall with a tub. The clerk didn’t seem to know what we reserved. I should him the room. He said all rooms had Queen beds. They were not Queen, they are double. We were finally moved to the first floor, with a walk-in shower and no sticky floor. There was no hot water to shower, @ 7am. Breakfast had nothing to eat except an egg & juice for people that required gluten free medical diet. The eggs were rubbery. I was told groceries would arrive the next day. 2nd day there were small apples and sweet rolls added. I put out soiled towels in the hall that were picked up but not replaced, and a full waste can that was emptied and left with no liner. I was told no housekeeping on site, except every third day. When the cleaning crew did work the last day of our stay, seems like they spent most of the mornings by outside the side door. When we went in and out they were always out there. I will never stay at any La Quanta again😭

Hotel parking was sketchy, people walking around late at night peeping into cars. Elevator, hallways and rooms all smelled of cigarettes even to be a “non smoking” property. Rooms were not cleaned well.

Room was clean, but the bathroom was very unkept. Door was missing a door handle.

There was a musty smell throughout much of the hotel. The sofa bed in our suite was very uncomfortable, like lying on box springs, and there was no bed linen for it in the room. Had to go to front desk for bed linens and more towels. But the breakfast was very good.

Room smelled of smoke was very dirty smoke detectors had no batteries not safe at all appeared to be blood stains in carpet beds were gross bathroom was disguising my child has asthma the smell of smoke/weed was so bad had to cancel the 2nd night but was stuck with no option for night 1 and was too far away

No breakfast or coffee available at 6 am also no one at front desk available.

All I can say is that the room was too nasty for me to stay at this hotel. I had the manager come look at the condition of the room. He didn’t have much to say, but he did not give me a problem when I asked to cancel the reservation completely and not be charged at all.

It was worth the price we paid and fit our needs

Wished weekend breakfast was served earlier.i always have to leave before they serve it so I miss out on that perk.

The staff was friendly Over all the facilities were dirty

There is no breakfast jus orange juice milk water and coffee.
