The elevator was out of order other than that the property was clean and staff was friendly

The property was located close to everything. The beds were comfortable. The elevator did not work. The breakfast could have been better. Also, our room wasn’t cleaned daily.

The property was okay, but the room was not worth the cost. The covers was dampened and the room had a loud bleach smell which got my eye effected, and it was too loud. The staff that be there in the morning was racially profiling, saying she didn’t think we had a room there when u can clearly see on camera that I had a room.

Super 8 hotel of Alexandria is always clean. It near the intersection of I 49 and federal highway 165, on Louisiana highway 1. It is very convenient to travelers. It near to resturaunts as well.

It wasn't bad, the area was a little sketchy but the hotel wasn't bad at all. Staff was very nice

The hotel had a lot of noise at all hours of the night. The doors into all the rooms need to be repaired or replaced and the breakfast was probably the worse I have ever experienced. I would not stay here again unless major improvements were made. I was woke up at least twice during the night with doors being slammed and people talking loudly well after 1 am!

Affordable and newer The room had a dank odor, the room was hot when we arrived, and the pool was dirty. The first time we stayed there I did not experience this.

The hotel was extremely clean and up to date. My only suggestion would be to have more breakfast options, but I’m betting most will find ample choices.

Clean friendly staff The creepy guy with no teeth who was not a guest that was hanging around the lobby. Seemed to know the night desk clerk.
