Fridge was low power

Maybe my expectations for an IHG hotel are high, but I felt the rooms were outdated and not particularly clean. Plus, there are no real amenities to speak of on this property. Whatever you do, don’t valet your car. The garage sign says $20 per night to park but if you valet it’s $42 per night (and you still need to drive the car into the garage yourself so not sure how the valet really helped).

We enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and spacious. We would definitely stay again if presented and would recommend this hotel to others

I’ve stayed here a few times and my impressions have been consistent. Poorly staffed. Th room attendant took the used towels but did not replace them. I get the feeling they skimped on IT. Always takes an inordinate amount of time to check in. A good portion of that time is spent with the clerk staring at the desk PC and occasionally making an entry, without comment. Heaven help you if there’s a line. Parking is a typically outrageous $42/night. Upon checking out, my exit ticket would not open the gate. I was being ordered to pay another $84. I had to back down the ramp and consult the attendant. He said I needed to have my ticket “reactivated “. I returned to the lobby and explained it all to the clerk. He was baffled. Again, the clerk had to make a lengthy inquiry with the PC. After several minutes, the clerk hand-wrote a note saying I had already paid. I was instructed to give this to the attendant and have him manually allow us to exit. The attendant was hesitant but relented. Total BS.

The hotel is close to the water with nice views and access to amenities. I didn't eat there but was overcharged for a drink purchase. It was supposed to be resolved but I'm still waiting on the statement credit .

Very comfortable bed

I would like to stay here again, but I would like them to work on some of their maintenance and maybe get rid of the amenity fee… It’s not like they have a pool. I mentioned that it was our 20th wedding anniversary and it didn’t seem like the staff cared about that… I stayed this hotel a few years ago and they gave me a bottle of champagne… Maybe they don’t do that anymore?

Location was beautiful. Food was excellent.

The hotel itself is a bit dated. Rooms are nice but you can see the wear and tear. Only two elevators so when one is broke (like it was during our stay) things can be slow especially if you are on a higher floor. Staff is friendly when engaged but too many times we saw them buried on their phones at the front desk. Housekeeping was a bit slow on requests and we had to ask several times before we received our items. Overall a good hotel and a great location for enjoying Old Town.

Lovely location and friendly staff!
-
Beds were firm yet soft. Location was perfect in old town. Breakfast was good but toast and bacon were room temp. Coffee was a bit weak/common. Staff was pleasant and friendly.
-
Standard room with 2 Queen beds very small and faced brick wall. No microwave in room. Fridge tiny. Coffee machine produced luke warm water. Not worth what paid. Restaurant charged two large mandatory fees including some type of service fee. Location was amazing but that's about it.

This hotel was in a great location and was very clean. The parking was a bit tight, they need more room! Staff was very friendly and accomadating. Not enough parking. Had to ask for my invoice twice.

Staff was overwhelmed with summer busy crowds but they handled well. Parking was a bit crazy but worked out ok. Amazing view. Comfortable beds. Super clean. Great location.
