The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and made sure to try and get me into my room early when I arrived even earlier than I anticipated and had called ahead about -- she was able to get me into a room in the space of my using the bathroom after arrival (I truly wouldn't have minded waiting an hour for actual early check-in), and I was able to get a nap before going to see my family for dinner. It was so very appreciated. The room was comfortable and tidy and perfect for my needs. Honestly, everything was perfectly fine for me, there wasn't anything that I "didn't like". That said, I suppose if I could critique anything, I wish that the a/c was integrated rather than being a wall attachment, but that's a personal preference -- the wall a/c did a perfectly good job at keeping the room at set temperature.

Delicious breakfast with make your own waffles and pumpkin spice coffee. Front desk staff were courteous and polite. Clean hotel. We will return when in the area of Kutztown to visit our daughter.

Property was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent. To exit you have to go one way because of medium strip on highway. you have to go down the road and find some place to turn around to go the other direction.

We stay at this location yearly for a local event and enjoy our stay every time.

Our second time here and we liked the stay. We were there for a local 3 day car show.

Everything was great. Only annoyance was that we spent the early evening on the patio by the gas fire pit. I thought that the fire pit was not turned on because we never saw it working. Next evening fire pit was operating but the space was fully occupied. I think that there should be some information or signs explaining how to turn it on. Very minor annoyance, just a suggestion.
