I didnt like nothing about it the manager Lillian was rude to us she very rude and disrespectful that piss me off if im customer you dont supposed to be rude to me at all you supposed to show respect to your customer and the hotel was dirty dog shit every where nobody didnt pick it up they just leave it so people can walk in it thats nasty It was rude manager there the staff and the housekeeper was nice and helper

Thabo room had cockroaches

As usual, Mr. Robert was excellent in helping and went way out to help me. The breakfast though modest was enough and the breakfast lady is really helpful

The front desk receptionist was very friendly and honest about the facility prior to going into room, which gave me a great idea before entering my room. The honesty was appreciated. The place is covered with old nasty pervs! Id never stay there with my wife and 5 daughters ever again. Thank goodness it was only 1 night.

Not enough parking in the front. I had to walk in the rain to come in.

My room had a plumbing problem. The water in the tub run constantly pipe wouldn’t turn off. There was roaches in my bathroom. I complained to the front desk clerk when I checked out thought maybe I would’ve at least got a discounted rate or something off of my rate nothing happened. It would be nice to get some form of refund back based on my experience

The property is old and not well maintained. The front desk lady is rude and unhelpful. They have good beds, but the bathrooms are dirty and they do not care about it.
