Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-North/Altamonte Springs

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had was that it is right next to the highway and it was very noisy.

Cleanliness staff was good especially the night staff breakfast was good i wish the menu changes sometimes That would be nice And big thing need hot coffee at night big plus No hot beverages at night

Breakfast was good! I had a boiled egg and a belgian waffle with coffee which is always good. I had limited interaction with staff, but what I did experience was pleasant. Everything was very clean. The location was the best! 6 minutes from my daughter's apartment. Great for a quick visit! Safe area, close to shopping and restaurants. What would have gotten this stay an excellent rating would have been a more comfortable mattress. The mattresses in our room were not - to me. But the sheets were comfortable and I loved the pillows. This is just me but I'm sure I'm not alone. I miss the days when I could just turn on the TV and there would be local programming on cable channels - news, weather, etc... Not everyone pays for or uses streaming services, and therefore, it makes it frustrating for those who don't. Anyway, we eventually found something to watch, but it wasn't easy. I guess I'm just old fashioned. We never found the cable channels - maybe it was operator error.

Breakfast was great! Only complaint, as such, was that bottled water (Dasani) cost $4.00 a bottle and if we had bought a case of 24 bottles it would have cost us $4.29 at Publix!!!! So lesson learnt…next time we will travel with a case of water😁

We only stayed for one night, and it was a very comfortable stay, the place was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff very nice, the location was also very central to everything specially being so close to Fwy 4. nothing

The front desk staff, and the breakfast/kitchen staff were amazing. Made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

The location, cleanliness and value is good. The breakfast is typical fare at a Hampton Inn. My wife, who has a high bar, did not think much of the eggs. Most hotels fare no better in this category, they prepare them and let them sit. I think Florida water has a slight odor (many do), but you just get used to it and move on. It's not a hotel thing, it's a "Florida thing".

Great place only issues its the bathroom bath tub faucet was leaking. Told the staff when we checked out.

When I arrived the first time , trying to check in the guy in the front desk asks and behaves am not welcome here and asked me right away are you opioids ? And I said what you talking about? And he said never mind, then I checked in and stay two days and I reported to the front desk office still don’t get any response yet , but this is insane and unacceptable behavior, please don’t charge the customer their color or ethnicity or whey they come from?

A/C is not cool enough. Room temperature is 78 on the display all the time. Housekeeping crew open my door around 9am because I didn’t leave do not disturb on my door
