The management seems well intentioned but overwhelmed. I thought there was supposed to be a breakfast offered, but didn’t track it down. Outside of the building was not well cared for. I WAS allowed to check in early and I was grateful!! As noted before, no fire alarm in the room.

The room and the facility are very clean. The parking lot was packed because it was a football weekend. And the spaces were very narrow. Lots of SUVs and pick up trucks. Parking was tight

Location Had an odor in whole building bathroom door was broke toilet paper holder falling off wall etc bathroom was very dated ...bed was very uncomfortable

There is NO ONE working the front desk, there is an electronic kiosk to check in, and it took twice as long as regular hotel check in. Once i got to my room the bathroom door frame was so rotted and warped that the door wouldn't shut.

Location Smells, no one around, sheets had stain on them. Bathroom Sink not properly cleaned.

No hand soap in the room. Mirrors were awful to put on makeup! Breakfast was a joke, waffle maker wasn’t turned on so cold cereal, yogurt or packaged muffins. Smelly pizza box was in the hallway for two days!! Outside garbage was overflowing!! Don’t like kiosk check in!

No personal at the front desk. Done by a person in Florida, over a kaiso type check in. Never saw a person at the hotel. Continental Breakfast filled once, not refilled or checked. Very clean rooms. Bathroom door is too large and did not close. $100 deposit is not necessary.

Breakfast was so-so. The waffles did not fully cook and the apple juice had little bugs in it. The ice machine only worked part of the time. We did NOT like the virtual check in. It was hard to understand and it really takes away that personal, face to face experience! Other than than that the room was clean and the hotel was nice and quiet.

Was only passing rhrough on cross country trip. Room was clean and bed were comfortable. Check in was different because it was a machine with a person on screen. Lors of convenience for food and Target across the street
