Very convenient to the park. Nice restaurant and bar plus outdoor and indoor seating areas to enjoy the food and drinks. It is a very safe environment with helpful staff. It would be helpful to have a microwave in the room.

The shuttle was convenient. Location on and off the freeway was good The room was not very clean upon arrival. The carpet was dirty and a pair of socks was left from the previous guest right under the desk. Plain as day. The fan in the bathroom did not work leaving a very humid environment with 4 showers every night. If you stay know that housekeeping services start after your 3rd night. Not every day. The price you book with does not include a mandatory $25 parking fee with a 17% up charge on top of that this was very unexpected and nowhere disclosed before arrival. A elevator was broken down during our stay making for extended wait times. At the pool there were no clean towels available and explicit signs in the room not to bring room towels to the pool. Overall it was a shelter to stay in on our trip to Disney. I would not stay here again.

It's an older hotel, but would choose to stay here again and again. The staff knows their stuff. The shuttle is so worth it. The rooms were clean and very happy.

Our stay was very nice. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was so nice when your Disney day is done. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant the food was very good. Their bartender had a heavy pour which could be a good thing for some.

The rooms are big and spacious (fixtures are on the older side) but overall good stay for family or couples wanting to explore Disneyland Resort. The only downside and annoying part of the stay was the parking lot machine not working properly and would ask for full payment to exit even with a validated ticket from the front desk. We had to keep pressing Help on the screen to talk to them (line of cars behind you) to open the gate remotely.

It was convenient and the shuttle to Disneyland was really nice. The bathroom was just so small and hard to shower in also hard to use especially with having kids, you don’t have any space in the bathroom. They don’t clean your room on a daily. It was an okay place makes sense for the price. Staff seemed nice, we also didn’t interact much.

The shuttle to the parks is great as well as all the fall decorations. At this time only 1 elevator works so had to wait a few extra minutes at busy times to get to my floor.
