Overall, this place is suitable for non-married couples or single because of the price. It is not a good place for family with kids or even married couples because of how worn-out the amenities in the room is. Such as the furnitures, the air conditioning (even though it’s working fine,) etc..

Staff and room were great! The AC wasn’t on when we entered the room and it took about an hour for the room to completely cool off. It was so hot. Other than that everything was great!

The room was decent but only had two washclothes and two towels. The hotel was filled with night walkers, dealers, graffiti and felt extremely unsafe. Even met a detective looking for a wanted criminal in line for check in. I would not recommend this place.

The outside of the property also needs attention. The grounds and cement areas looked aged, dirty, and in need of renovation. Parking was another issue. I understand it was a busy weekend, but there did not seem to be enough parking for the number of guests. The lot was completely packed, and I was only able to park because I happened to get the last available spot. The staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, I was not informed ahead of time about the $50 cash deposit, and it was not clearly listed. We were also told we would receive two room keys but were only given one. Overall, the location felt a little rough and uncomfortable, and I would not recommend it for families. The property needs significant cleaning, maintenance, and updates before I would consider staying again.

Check in was at 3 and hotel management was out during check in time. We waited and when they returned that had roach spray they didn't even try to hide it. They informed us our room wouldn't be ready for over an hour and we arrived at 3:30 room wasn't ready till past the hour. When we walked in it smelled like bleach and the bed covers were bleach stained. Our pillows had no pillow cases and the bed wasn't even fully made. Wouldn't stay here again management did nothing to fix this and they gave lots of attitude when we went to complain about our room conditions

Older hotel however have remodeled and had nice rooms. Very close to downtown Disney and Knott’s Berry farm.

Manger is very aggressive pushy as extremely rude, he was always insisting on entering the room whenever I would leave and my wife was here alone he would repeatedly knock on the door asking tvsee the room very creepy avoid the trash place at all cost

The worse hotel experience ever The staff are rude and have attitudes . The pillows are flat not fluffy . No hot water in the shower

This room they gave us was filled with black mold. They didn’t have shower curtains. There was tagging on pictures. When I asked to change rooms, they said there was none available. Would not recommend or go back

I enjoyed the clean wight stain free towels and sheets and pillow covers Thank you and keep up the good work stay clean most importantly!

The room was clean. A bit outdated. Some appliances were old and rusted but for the price, and a 1 night stand. It wasn’t bad

Easy access to the room and ice. Parking was included. One of the beds had a broken leg. We told the office but they couldn't get to it before we left. Toilet had a heard time flushing.

The staff I encountered did not have a welcoming vibe. The energy they gave felt suspicious. The $50 cash deposit seemed silly and there was no ATM on the premises, so I had to go to a 7-11 to get cash in a not-so-great neighborhood. The whole place needs renovating. The showerhead was full of hard water deposits and made a horrible screeching noise. There were no outlets near the desk so I had to recharge my devices far from the workspace. I could forgive these things but what bothered me most was the inhospitable attitude of the staff. It felt more like going to a payday loan outfit than a hotel.

Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. However, the air conditioner started giving off a burning smell after having it on for a few minutes, so we had to turn it off. Also, there wasn’t any towels, which isn’t a problem to me, I usually bring my own— I wanted to include it for those who expect to have towels provided.

My room only had two towels in it no pillowcases and they put me all the way on the top floor in a hot room. I got the master queen there’s only one TV and air-conditioning on one side of the room the other side there’s nothing very dirty.

Clean room

I asked the manager if my husband and I could get extra towels for our room and he questioned why I needed more since there were 3 already. The towels are not standard size and there were no hand towels provided, only the “regular” sized towels and wash cloths for your face. After pressing, he told me to grab them from the housekeeper who also didn’t have fresh towels. There were no do not disturb signs and someone entered our room without permission to place a chair. Terrible service.

The tvs in this property has poor reception and poor tv and remote qualities.
