Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. Thier was paint peeling off the walls and Cieling. Broken light fixtures. Stains on the carpet. Hot water took forever to to get through the pipes. And the AC never went lower then 74 we woke up sweating. I’ve stayed in better Motel 6. Expected way better from an Embassy suites establishment

There was nothing in walking distance No coffee in lobby Couldn’t get a drink or food past 7 pm And there was a cockroach climbing up our headboard at night They did refund our stay but it was awful

Everything In the room we stayed there was a nail popping out of the carpet and my husband and I got hurt by it

To be a Hilton hotel I was disappointed. Mold on bathroom walls so well as rust. I couldn’t even turn on shower with ease it was very hard to turn the shower knob. The male receptionist did not tell me where my room was located not friendly or welcoming. I also had to pay for parking. I have never paid for parking at other hotels. The spa was closed probably getting fixed but that was a total bummer. Only good thing I can give credit too is the breakfast, I can guarantee I will never book this hotel again

I don't think I have enough words or space to properly share my experience! By far one of the best experiences I've had staying at a hotel! I've done my fair share of traveling solo and with the family and by far it really blew me away! It will be very hard to beat this place by the stay and price of it! Staff was helpful and friendly while the hotel was clean and a elegant vibe to it! My room was great with the suite I booked it accommodated all my needs! It was close to a lot of places to go and catch some good food and not too far from Disneyland which was a huge plus for me! Morning breakfast was really good! Wide variety of food! From my tastes buds to my kids.. they nailed it all the way! Will definitely book this place anytime I'm in the area!

We were greeted with good customer service. The property is cleanish. You can tell it’s an older building so the rooms were the best. But we loved the amenities. The pool was definitely not heated though as advertised
