Tv wasn’t working in my room.

Staff was nice and quick The location was run down. Called a hotel but it was a motel. Cracks in the paint and paintings hung on the wall. I saw a bug in the bathroom. The hot water took 10 min to get hot. The TV was terrible.

Pool was closed , no elevator access very old building would no recommend to stay here specially with kids sheets were very stain

It was easy to find, staff was nice and it was quiet. Full size beds, small room for 2 beds, no fitted sheets just flat sheet that wouldn’t stay tucked in,no AC/ Heat control in rooms, no coffee in room, toilet kept running, no elevator, carpet in hallways was dirty

Everything, especially the pool ara No air conditioner in the room to adjust your own temperature

The carpets are old and need to be replaced, you can't control the thermostat to the room, and the water pressure isn't too good and doesn't get very hot. My fridge didn't stay cold as well. The parking entrance to get into the structure is very narrow, be careful coming in at an angle.

Bathroom was decently cleaned and no bugs however. Id recommend just paying the extra 100 bucks to stay somewhere nicer.

Unfortunately we checked in to a smoke-friendly so it smelled like cigarettes since they were full on non-smoke rooms.

The carpet I think should be ripped up because they really needed a good clean it had a weird smell to it.

It was only 13 minutes away from Disneyland! Close to stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were pretty clean. T the foyer was super cute as well. The carpet I think should be ripped up because they really needed a good clean it had a weird smell to it.

We came home with so many bug bites and the pillows were stained. The lamp shades are so dirty. The bathrooms are disgustingly grimy. The tvs have four channels and one doesn’t work.
