The property was clean, the staff was polite and professional, and the location was ideal, close to restaurants, shopping, the University of Michigan, and downtown Ann Arbor.

Memory foam beds, I'm older and unable to move easily in the bed .....latex mattresses are nicer, firm, comforting but don't swallow the longer you lay in fed.

Free breakfast, had lots of choices, not just a handful of selections. Memory foam beds, I'm older and unable to move easily in the bed .....latex mattresses are nicer, firm, comforting but don't swallow the longer you lay in fed.

Breakfast wasn't all that great just wanted a plain bagel didn't have any and you need to move the smoking bench off to the side of the entrance so you not getting a nose full of cigarette smoke coming in and out of the main entrance
-
It’s very clean and breakfast is good.
-
temperamental shower controls. The 3rd floor was quiet. Ample parking, even with a trailer

Outside the front door is where people sit and smoke (which is fine) but there is no cigarette can and there were cigarette butts all over and garbage. On the other side of the entrance is a garbage can which was overflowing. A dead bird was also left for days in the front parking lot where diamond members park. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was extremely weak. You could see through it.
