Comfort Inn & Suites Arlington Heights - Buffalo Grove

Superb

Clean No stores in walking distance

Front desk staff was great. The room was clean.

Ok but think it’s being used to house imagination people

Room was nice, and up keep was okay. Only stayed the night and left at 4:30 a.m. the next day. There was no staff around to check out so we had to leave our key at the front desk.

Enjoyed my stay !! 10/10 would book again ! Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast also was great.

Exceptional

Great place to lay your head. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Good breakfast.

Always stay here when in town. Pleasant employees and never had any issues.

This was a very disappointing hotel experience. There was what looked like black mold on the bathroom ceiling, the vents were visibly dirty, and the hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. On top of the cleanliness concerns, our room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We were also unable to charge items purchased at the hotel to our room and instead had to make separate purchases, which added unnecessary inconvenience. The biggest issue is that the hotel did not come close to the impression given by its online reviews. Had we known the actual condition of the property, we would have stayed somewhere else.

Falling apart. Poor maintenance.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. Tasted alright but the selection wasn't much.

Modern upgrades on decor There was no one to greet us at the desk. We waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to help us. Then we received a middle of the night call advising us of smoking when we are nonsmokers. I could smell smoke though which was a nuisance.

Staff, room and breakfast.

AC in room didn’t seem to work well, couldn’t get room temp below 71.. Leftover food in fridge. Long hairs around sink. This was in room 306. I mentioned issues to front desk staff, I was offered another room but declined due to short stay.

I didn't get the time. So I missed the breakfast. But the manager got me a couple of drinks. That was great

Floors of room were dirty. The door to the outside was missing weather stripping or something along the bottom of the door. Could see outside light and bugs. Guy next door smoking next to my door and could smell it in my room.

The room was clean and there were plenty of towels.

Clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staff
