Very nice centrally located close to just about anything you could want to do. The hotel is very nice. Well maintain the staff was very attentive highly recommend. It’s also close to a walking path if that’s important to you.

Located in a quiet area

This is a very tired and sad hotel to stay in. Service levels are poor, I had to wait 15 minutes for hot water and that was only because I asked twice more! The rooms have paper thin walls, decor is faded and sub-standard, my sink had a massive crack in it, overall, just not recommended. Possibly the least attractive breakfast food I have ever had in a Hilton branded hotel. I ended up buying extra from the local supermarket. In my six night stay, sheets were changed once. It’s a shame as the location close to One London and the airport is excellent, but I will not stay there again. On the positive side, it has a large car park and the parking bays will take full size SUVs.

The room was very clean and sanitary, but the toilet did not flush well when I got into the room, I needed to have maintenance fix the issue, it was addressed within a few hours the next morning, while I was out of the room. Cleaning staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast had a lot of choices, mostly carbohydrates, limited protein (egg / bacon-not every morning). Selections were limited for anyone with special dietary needs or food allergies. The bed was very comfortable and I got great sleep. The 3-night stay was adequate for the purpose of my trip, but I would have expected more for the price I paid through Hotels.com.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, unfortunately the room we were in was a handicapped room, I did'nt realize it until after 1day, It would've been nice if the receptionist or person who checked us into our rooms at the front desk would've had the awareness to be like hey i noticed you guys have a handicapped room do you want switch to a more different room suited for a young couple. Also the hotel was falsely advertised, it shows pictures of a nice pool but when i asked the front desk about the pool they said it has been closed for over 1 year and I was looking forward to just going for a swim at least 1 day, at least update your customers or website or put a sign or something to say the pool is closed, or give me or other people a refund or something worth maybe even a free snack, idk. I didnt like the hotel and the gym is so small barely anything to do in there, im defintely not going back nor would i recommend it to anyone else

Extra’s: None of the buttons work on the A/C unit, they had opened cups mixed with closed cups in the coffee, and I would actually believe they resealed unused pieces of plastic cutlery because half the packs seemed to be missing 1 or more things.

Room was clean, hotel was nice.

The room is spotless. The lobby very inviting. Breakfast great. Lots of choices. The staff very professional and friendly
