Booked a mountain view room. Paid extra to be sure to have it. They dont give it. When you bring it up, they tell you nothing can be done and that the manager works from home

I'd give our stay 5 stars if some maintenance items were repaired. The restroom fan didn't work and resulted mildew on ceiling and tile as a result. The layout of the property appears like a college dorm with everything inconveniently located. 1950s modern contrasts with the expectation for Colorado or Aspen. My partner said it felt like the 1964 Olympic team dorms. I think the stay woild have been 5 stars if the room wasn't located so far nespresso coffee is like drinking battery acid. We had to go into town to get a decent coffee, which is essential for a quality property. For a value offering in Aspen it exceeds in that measure.

The property has worn out, there’s too many spiders, insects. The room was very nice, we stayed at the junior suite. The AC was working, but the heater was not & that was the biggest problem. They weren’t able to fix it, and they had no empathy.

Large rooms and beautiful property!

Overall, the place was just fantastic! The only thing we weren't super keen on was the little trek from the parking garage to our room, which took about 5 minutes walking. It's just that a golf cart ride from a hotel attendant wasn't always an option, you know?

The location is the best. Very nice walk to the downtown and ski slopes. Free shuttle service is very convenient, the drivers of the shuttle are professional and friendly. Nice restaurant and cool bartender. Our stay was short, so hard to say if its any.

Great service.

We loved the location and shuttle service. Having a restaurant on property was convenient. The spa had hot tub, sauna and steam which we used. Beautiful setting

For such an expensive hotel it lacked staff to help and it felt more like a campus than a hotel. All self service and not much else.
