Very good

I liked that the room was comfortable,all staff very friendly and professional.Also staff were nice by giving information on sites and restaurants to chk out . I did not like the fact that you pay for parking in your garage . The location of this hotel has no parking areas in front or on the sides of the building. So to charge 45 dollars a night and it be a separate charge on your bill not good it cost me another 300 plus dollars . Also I thought the breakfast was complimentary ,it was not I thought way to pricy it seems you pay to breath there that’s what I did not like at all . It changed my experience to not so good . I will be traveling to Atlanta very frequently I have a son I. College there I will definitely find different place to stay .

Staff was great and it was super close to everything.

We were in town for the Shaky Knees festival. The hotel was perfect walking distance to Piedmont Park. The fest was evacuated one of the days due to a torrential downpour. When we got to the hotel, soaking wet, the staff met us at the door with dry towels and water. Excellent service in the restaurant/bar as well.

Great stay, only downside was the breakfast menu was more expensive than expected.

It was a nice hotel. I would have preferred to stay in a place that offered breakfast at a reasonable cost. also, parking was way too expensive. there were some items in the room that needed repair. it was a good stay overall.

This hotel is extremely clean and organized. All members of the staff were polite and helpful which is always a plus when traveling to an unfamiliar place of stay. The balcony and its view over the city lights were truly breathtaking as well. This is more than likely my new hotel to stay when I’m traveling to Atlanta for sure! Thanks for making us feel welcomed!

I like the sq ft of the room, the speed of delivery of requested services such as meals, maintenance, and towels. The TV in the bedroom did not work. I didn’t notice until I came back from an event around 11pm. Maintenance was not available so an alternative staff was sent to my room, he couldn’t fix it and suggested that I change rooms. It was too late so he said they would give a discount for the inconvenience. The next day when I communicated this to the front desk they were unaware of my experience and left me confused about whether or not they were going to do anything about it. Nothing was done about it. Communication between staff and guests needs to be more effective.
