Staff was friendly. Rooms were terribly dirty.

Dirty and disgusting!!! Someone’s dirty clothes were left in room and there was a big stain on the middle of floor!

Really liked the hot cookie I was offered after checking in. Room was very cleaned, and it was so quiet I was able to get some good sleep. Thx u!

Leaky faucet, dirty water glasses. Didn't have cookies when we asked . Swimming pool not working, dirty room . I always enjoyed the double tree, looks like I will be going to the Court Yard next time

Always a great stay for a next day flight. Shuttle service is very fast and efficient.

The lady who check us in was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rugs in the hallways were extremely stained. There was a damaged wall inside our room..

There was a nice reception lady at the front desk who was so caring and patient. I forgot her name

My room was clean. Average. AC wasn't working. When I checked out, no one was at the front desk to tell

Nice, convenient shuttle service. Comfortable bed. Hotel is very worn and dingy.

I made several attempts to contact the hotel about how their shuttle to the airport worked and I never received a response. It was confusing at the airport as to where I needed to go to meet the shuttle.

The pool was green we paid for breakfast and they didn’t give us the vouchers they didn’t give towels or wash clothes the staff was unpleasant

Shower was gross. Stains on the carpets. Baseboards coming off the wall. Overall pretty gross

I've sent an email regarding the check in process by staff that was unacceptable

The property needed cleaning, the staff knew nothing every time you asked a staff member a question they never knew the answer, how in the world does one quest get a breakfast ticket and no one else in your party received one makes no sense, the room smelled, very musty the couches had holes ripped, carpet dirty had to run the hot water for 20 minutes before it was hot reception had no keys to get bottle water, man I can go on and on, terrible terrible hotel

Overall good stay for a quick weekend trip. Although you have to pay for breakfast . Drinking Water was scarce .

Traffic all night long no sleep

The front desk staff and parking attendant were amazing ! Super friendly and nice! Room was nice. Pool was close which sucked . Hotel is by sooo many food places!

Terrible place to stay. Wouldn’t recommend
