Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport South/Sullivan Road

I checked in on Tuesday (9/29) at midnight. After a long day's worth of driving, I looked pretty tired and rough. However, the woman behind the counter (I really wish I'd gotten her name) treated me like I had just stepped out of a Rolls Royce in a Tux. I will definitely choose Fairfield the next time I'm in Atlanta!

The room very clean and with all the amenities needed. I will stay there again.

Only negative was the hallway leading to our room definitely needs a spruce up like a fresh paint and carpets need replacing but it didn’t effect my stay but a bit of an eyesore. Otherwise great for amount spent. Breakfast not great but definitely not bad. Selection pretty ok

Ronald at the front desk was amazing. He made the stay enjoyable.

This is the second time recently I have gotten a room which was a bit dated - blackout curtains ripped and would not close properly, some areas in the shower and elsewhere that were broken. I also have to say the front desk staff on check in border on rude. This is the second time I have experienced this in the last two months. Completely disinterested, and not friendly or courteous. I feel like I am interrupting them. Will not accept a digital credit card. Only swipe. Really? This is 2026 - I am shocked.

Very nice hotel at a decent price. Room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Airport shuttle leaves hotel at :05 and :35 after the hour.

The staff were friendly and professional, however I didn't like that we had to pay for parking.

Heads up-an extra $18 a day for parking. Full free breakfast. Microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator in room.

Staff were nice and helpful. Hotel is in a nice and easy access location. What i didnt like was how they charged me 250 dollars stating I had violated the smoking policy. I have nevered smoke and was unsure where they got this from. I spoke to general manager and he advised me had evidence and sent me pictures of a end table with 3 cigarette butts on a napkin.
