The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was nice and the parking is convenient The property did not have any hot water

The rooms were a good size, shower pressure was amazing There was a huge green mold spot on the ceiling, the walls were very thin and you could hear everything. The handle for the water in the shower was not screwed on and was backwards so the water got VERY hot

The customer service was extremely unhelpful. We booked online and were charged almost double the price upon checkin. Were then told the rates had changed??? We were also charged a deposit that we have yet seen be returned to our account. The next day we tried to extend our stay and they would not accommodate. There was literally no customer service.

The hotel was great. The rooms were large and very clean. The only thing is that it hasn’t been updated recently and the bed and bedding could have been more comfortable.

This location was the worst one I have stayed at for Holiday inn I was really shocked at how poorly the property was kept up it really needs some renovation. The first room we stayed in I don't know if they turned that room from a storage storage room into a king suite or what but it had water damage on the ceiling the shower was dirty and black mold in it, the toilet was really loose it rocked when you sit on it ,it was just not clean they did accommodate by switching us a room after we had to stay two nights in that room. the second room was a little better but the facility itself just was not put together well it just needs an upgrade you can tell some things was just falling apart. The whole hotel smell weird it just had a bad smell to it it may have been mold in the building or something it just didn't smell good in there and they kept spraying air freshener trying to mask it. I won't stay at that facility again if it was up to me I would not choose this location the area of the location was great maybe you can find a different hotel in that same area but that Holiday inn, it just needs some renovation the staff was nice and the breakfast was not all that great not at all even though it's complementary it really wasn't great at all I rather ate out and spent my money. Not sure why Expedia rated this hotel very good or excellent that's why I chose it ,that's not a good honest review for that hotel

Clean rooms, ample parking. Breakfast was just ok but appreciative that there was something there to eat. Staff friendly.

Only thing lacking was the empty bottle of body wash. They did have the little bar soaps of Dove. Need to post a couple of signs directing to the lower parking area.

On the check in day the computer system was down and could not check me and other more than eight clients. finally checked us in manually at 10:30 p.m. after waiting from 6:00 p.m. till 10:30 p.m. No credit given to use for such a trauma and suffering.

Room was very clean, well behaved staff, good breakfast, overall it was an excellent experience and strongly recommend to choose and stay in Holiday Inn.

They have a garage parking bit lanes seem narrow. everything else is standard.
