Staff in general were helpful throughout my stay. Room was not clean upon arrival but was given a different room. Breakfast was good. The hotel had nice amenities but I didn't get to utilize them other than hotel shuttle which was a nice touch. Oh forgot to mention location was close to shopping and restaurants.

Roaches in room, lock didn’t work on door. Staff friendly though
-
Door to the bathroom was broken and wouldnt shut, the TV took 2 hours to get working, there were people outside my window partying til 3am and I had to be up at 6am to get a flight. Also, was very concerned about the way the foot of both beds were wet. Figured maybe the air conditioning? I dont know. We were just exhausted from driving endlessly and wanted some sleep.

The location. The complimentary breakfast had turkey bacon as option, which was Great because my family doesn't eat pork. Most hotels don't consider the non pork eater. The staff was nice, and friendly. It was clean and smelled amazing.
