Hotel Indigo Atlanta Downtown by IHG

It was our first time staying here. I loved it really quick customer service super clean. Everybody is so helpful parking. I loved it easy.

Clean room. Helpful staff.

Location was great, very convenient to take the metro. Overall it was a decent experience, comfortable and cleanly. Check in was a little scattered, although I did get there pretty early. Hotel almost overcharged me for the incidentals but front desk agent caught it so I was thankful for that.

Wish better parking even if you stay at the hotel u have to pay for parking n not written any where n parking is expensive

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Would have liked a fridge & microwave but we made due.

Was really OK, the trouble came when I asked for a fridge to be delivered to our room while we were not in there. Coincidentally had a pair of shoes go missing from my suitcase. My suitcase was not locked because I always use the privacy tag and don’t let them come into my room during my stay. I checked the room thorough before I left, but didn’t notice that the shoes were not in my bag until I got home. I called the following day and all they said was nothing was important as being found in that room. My shoes did not walk away on their own.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The beds were so comfortable, it’s the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. My only con is that the towels are a bit rough but other than that it was a great stay.

The staircase is nice. didn’t get to use the revolving door, THERES NO PARKING literally you have to pay to park I’ve never had that kind of experience, my room didn’t look like the room I booked, the best thing in the room was the bathroom. Had a bad check in experience, people coming in yelling about being charged after they cancelled a booking, someone literally pooped in the only working elevator to get me to my floor. I was disappointed because I only seen good reviews about hotel indigo and I thought I’d have a better stay. Breakfast isn’t included you have to have a breakfast add on when you book, they also charged me an extra $200 holding fee that I personally wasn’t aware of. Even when I called to let them know I’d be arriving late, the woman I spoke with told me I’d only have to pay the difference. So communication wasn’t ideal. It was sprung on me when I got there & I drove 6 1/2 hours so I just wanted to lay down & everything was stopping me from doing that. They offer $60/night valet parking but I feel like paying $500 for this room with the view of a dirty parking garage, I shouldn’t have to pay for parking but I get it.
