The room and staff were great. Unfortunately, while we stayed here the pool was damaged and unable to be used.

Gave this hotel another chance, because we already had plans that couldn’t be changed. The last time we stayed here, it was disastrous (disgusting). This visit wasn’t looking much better. We changed our room within five minutes (the tub was full and leaking, the AC wasn’t working - it was turning off and on full blast every 3 seconds, literally -, etc). The room we changed it to was finally the first room we’ve had that was worth the price of the night stay. It was clean enough, the ac worked, and comfortable.

Will not be returning! We were initially given a room with mold under a plastic piece on top of the AC unit. I told the front desk and staff apologized and gave me another room. Unfortunately this room had mold in it too under the same spot. Also, as soon as you arrive on your floor, the whole hallway smells like old carpet. The rooms had an old smell to it too.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Very satisfied.

The stench of pot and a loud ever hissing noise made our stay a nightmare. There was no soap and and nobody checked to see if we needed any soap or anything throughout our entire stay.

Room was dirty & used when we arrived. Did get another room that was cleaned. No privacy/blackout curtains. Eggs offered with the breakfast are very rubbery. The carts to use for luggage do not work very well (one cart is very hard to use, does not steer at all no matter which side you push from - practically have to drag it without running it into walls/doors).

Breakfast was good, but there's no variety so after day 4, I just skipped it. Bagels would have been nice. But, honestly, I'm just not a breakfast person. Within several blocks either way, there's a Costco, Publix and Walgreens. I felt safe the entire time. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall good stay. Building and decor was clean and updated. Beds were double not queens, beds were hard and bedding slid off mattress. Bedding was thin and synthetic fabric.

The beverage options are basically non-existent for breakfast
