Efficient and good restaurant

I do plan to stay here again because there was a lot to enjoy. I just hope management addresses the maintenance concerns so the condition of the hotel matches the hospitality of the staff.

My second visit to Loews Atlanta. The rooms are great and comfortable and quiet. The amenities are good and the ambiance is select! One point to offer- the lack of attentiveness to the front desk and services within guest services is something to inprove. During this last trip, we attempted to connect the front desk, in room dining, and even the "star" service and valet several times and were unable to connect. This happened a few times where the phones would ring with no answers for 30mins- 1 hr at a time- during random hours during the day, outside of check- in time. We assume that maybe there was a staff shortageg during our stay? Other than this one point, our stay was great and I woukd reccommend this location to future travelers.

The place is beautiful and clean. The room was very comfortable and the staff was full of personality. We loved Phong! He was hilarious and awesome. The food we had was very good (and pricey), and they make a great atmosphere for relaxing and feeling at ease. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again for sure!

The room was great. We dined at Ashland. This time the fried rice was cold. The short ribs were over seasoned and undercooked. And for the price of each dish, I think a little more consideration, consistency and attention to detail would have made it a lot better. We love staying at Loews, all of them. But Atlanta you guys let us down this stay. Unfortunately.

Very nice and clean

Everything was nice, staff was very friendly. The room was clean, the lobby was gorgeous I felt very comfortable here. The beds was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in, water pressure was amazing and I was left treats for my birthday that I truly appreciate and also a complimentary room upgrade for my birthday. 10/10 would come back in the near future!

Very clean and in a prime location which enables you to get to many eateries and areas of shopping quickly.

I will definitely come back again! I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one truly made my night better than ever. A huge thank you to all the staff who work so hard and make such a difference. Your hospitality really made my stay special!

Definitely not a perfect experience. The room was warm and wouldn't get any colder. The AC unit said it was 65 degrees in there but I can guarantee it wasn't. Maybe it was because we were in a one-king room on the top floor-- a room we received because they ran out of the two-double room I booked MONTHS ago. They also told us there was a pull out couch for us and we could use a rollout bed. There was no couch in the room, so a roll-out bed it was. The sink was also very slow to drain which was frankly gross. The location was more than worth the money/issues because we stayed for a music festival in Piedmont Park. A 6-7 minute walk instead of looking for parking and dealing with traffic was incredible. Overall, we were pretty pleased, but not a flawless stay,

Nothing particularly outstanding or distinctive, but a very solid, dependable, clean higher-end option in Midtown.

The staff was amazing from the front desk to the vallet to the cleaning staff to room service. Our room was clean, but there was a spot in the headboard that was off and the tub was slow draining. The food was also good.

The hotel is very comfortable. The room was spacious and well air conditioned. The only question I have is why they do not have recycling bins in the rooms. I had several plastic bottles and cans from water and it appears that the hotel does not recycle. Wondering why.

I enjoyed our 3 night stay at Loews! Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly nice. My only complaint is that our refrigerator didn’t work.
