Sonesta Atlanta Airport North

Lights went out and I had to walk up flights of stairs.

Carpet smell bad

I liked that the room was clean and had useful amenities, liked the bed and pillows soft and fluffy and comfortable.

Fabulously comfy bedding and bed. Plenty of water pressure and hot water!

No complaints

4/5. $20 a night to park and parking was terrible.

On arrival the hotel had no power, no emergency lights, extremely dark. Three hours later, check-in and remained in line for about 1.5 hours to check in old fashion style. Not enough luggage carts. Room was not cleaned (dirty towels).

The room was spacious with an excellent bed. The hotel had a good size pool. The location was in easy walking distance of good restaurants.

Great staff great stay

Stay was surprisingly comfortable. Very helpful staff.

HORRIBLE EXO

The carpet in the halls n he da to be replaced. It is worn down & nasty. There were cracks in the floor in the lobby, like pieces were missing. The lobby floor hadn’t been mopped during my stay, I could see where things had spilled and it hadn’t been cleaned up.

It was my first time at this property and I must say it was nice. The only thing negative that I had to say is the parking I guess cause it was sold out but all in all great property.

Very basic.

Favorite place to stay when visiting Atlanta would choose no other place!

Staff was friendly & helpful. Airport shuttle was very convenient & ran frequently. Room was just what we needed for our rebooked flight for the next day. There was a long delay checking in due to a system outage, but otherwise, was a pleasant stay.

Might’ve been better, but it took over an hour to check in and had to be done with paper. The room was fine. Parking is confusing and chaotic.

I will not stay at this hotel again. the staff were kind and helpful, but the condition of the building was not up to par. no alcohol for the expensive cocktails. I booked a room with a large tub, ended up finally with a room with a small tub with a broken tub stopper and a phone that would not call out or connect with the front desk. the hotel brand is now on my no-go list.
