The valet service is horrible - they were rude and appeared overwhelmed; Not good at all as the hotel's first point of contact.

The staff from valet, checkin to Cole at the bar was beyond exceptional. The air in the room could have been cooler.

Was offered shuttle to neighboring Nobu Hotel. Called and was confirmed for pick up and was left waiting there, NO PHONE CALL, nothing. Spoke to Front Desk and Vlaet-nothing was done. Not our problem type attitude. Next day witnessed valet giving people the wrong car key AND wrong cars. HUGE issue. Room was run down and sheets had stains. Wallpaper peeling. NO club lounge or contl or any breakfast for Gold Elite members. Used Palm Bar and ate at Palm Restaurant. Cole, Sean and Amy saved the day as bar was busy. Palm food was just ok. Had chicken sandwich at bar and it was very dry and bland. Dinner, parm was good but cod was very fishy and dull. For the price expected more.

When we arrived we were given the wrong room, however the problem was corrected expeditiously.

What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was genuinely helpful. A special shout-out to Aaron at the front desk who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of, he made a huge difference in our experience.

We had an excellent stay at the Westin Buckhead. Room was spotless and quiet. Location is great-right near the mall. The hotel has a great gym and a Starbucks on site. Loved our stay

My stay was definitely a great one! There were no complaints! Service was A1 and you can walk around and shop or eat within the 15 min city.

The property was clean and in a convenient location. I didn’t like that my room was not cold even though the thermostat was set at 65, and no I didn’t contact management because I did not have time. I also didn’t like that I was charged $55 for parking.

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff member was welcoming, kind, professional, and attentive, making us feel valued throughout our entire stay. Their courtesy and genuine hospitality set the tone for a wonderful experience on my birthday weekend celebration. Combined with the beautiful atmosphere and overall ambiance of the property, our visit was truly memorable. My husband and I are grateful to the staff for providing such outstanding customer service—we look forward to returning!
