My TV ON ROOM 119 DOESN'T WORK EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT

Superb

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The place was very clean. The full-size refrigerator/freezer was great. Having a cook stovetop, microwave and dishwasher were great. Layout of the suite was great. The bed was like mush and it caused my wife and I to basically sleep in a heap in the middle, lol. After the second night it was causing back issues, but maybe it was just our bed. Bathroom was good. The pool is shared across the parking lot (500 feet). We were told the gym on site was very small, but the hotel next door let us use their gym daily. The gym had two or three cardio machines, small dumbbell set and a multi-rack system. Unfortunately , it is shared with the guest laundry and the one time it had that dry itchy heat feeling. The sauna/whirlpool wasn't working so we never got to see it and I don't know what is onsite regarding that. There is a walking/biking trailhead within 1000' of the parking lot and we got to enjoy that one morning. The place was clean and friendly. It was our honeymoon and we enjoyed our stay. If we ever had to stop in Atlanta we would stay here again. FYI, I rated this hotel at least once before, but hotels.com keeps asking me to rate this place (over and over).

The hotel needs to be updated. The fitness room is dirty and broken treadmills. Room services do not like to take trash out even though I talked to the front desk staff in the morning. Only 1 Paper towel for 6 nights and…..

Nice size room

Breakfast was not the greatest, and the room wasn't the most up to date. However, the room was very large with a lot of space! Huge fridge, cabinet space and plenty of room to spread out. Staff were helpful. Safe parking garage closeby. Great for a short stay in ATL!

Well, I fear this may be my last hotel booking with Expedia. Although I am a Marriot member this property made sure I knew I had booked through a third party, by not only telling me so, but by also not giving me the room I booked. Otherwise, the room was fine. It was clean and it met our needs.

The room and the hotel itself was really clean and hotel staff very welcoming. Nice location as well, there's shopping and restaurants walking distance.

The room was clean, but they had to switch out my refrigerator as the freezer wasn’t working properly. This property is a bit worn, but the staff were so helpful, friendly, and very nice. I was there for almost a month waiting to get into my apartment.

Room was never cleaned the three nights we were there. Complained to front desk multiple times and nothing was done. We were told that our room was not on the list to be cleaned even when I asked them to have someone come and clean the room. I got an email from the hotel this morning stating that since this was an extended stay hotel they didn't come clean our room unless asked. Well if I complained to the front desk twice about the need to have the room cleaned m, wouldn't that be considered asking for the room to be cleaned?!! The second time I asked I was that they would contact the cleaning department supervisor and get someone to come and clean our room. After 45 minutes and no showed up I told the front desk that no has shown up. I was told that the cleaning staff went home for the day. Who in the world thinks that paying for a hotel room that you would not like to have your room cleaned?!!!

Room was cleaner and bigger than I thought. Staff was great at check in and check out. Breakfast was a great, waffles were perfect and the juice/coffee options were great. Perfect location too. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Atlanta.

The sofa had stains, the bedroom didn't have a/c due to the unit being set up in the living room, the water pressure in the shower was too low, the countertop in the room was greasy, and the floor was not vacuum. The floor in the lobby looked very dirty.

The location is good, near to main attractions, free parking and free wifi. Mrs. Betty at the reception was great, very friendly, however I can not say the same thing for the other staff.
