Nobu Hotel Atlantic City - A Caesars Rewards Destination

This is my second Nobu location and I was so disappointed. I had high hopes from the one I stayed at in Cabo, nothing like that at all! My first night we ended up staying in a room that I did not book and was told we would get a $50 food/beverage credit for the inconvenience on top of compensation for the room difference. We ended up only getting the food credit. Awful, Rude staff and not the best cleaning job. I found hair in the shower drain and housekeeping came to clean our room one out of the 3 days we booked. I do not recommend this establishment.

Well maintained and clean

Quite a 5 star place to stay. Enjoyed the complementary coffee, espresso and tea. Enjoyed the Japanese-centric decor, having a king bed to stretch out and roll around. Staff was friendly, cordial. Good view of the city a ailablr.

Everything in the hotel, casino, restaurants, etc., were outstanding. One thing I would like is more accessible like handles in the bathroom especially for getting in and out of the shower.

Phone at the front desk, I had to carry my own luggage downstairs. I called the bellhop never came. I told the front desk and they did nothing. I have tried to get in touch with customer service at least 10 times, no one picks up. They charge a resort fee and then they want extra money as well as a fee for a chair at the pool. They also want you to make a reservation for the pool. I paid a premium to stay at Nobu, The only good thing I can say is the spa was great and the restaurant was very good. I will be contacting the management. I am handicapped and to have to carry my own luggage is outrageous.

Old hotel with a new name. Spa tile was old and not maintained. Spa attendant was great. Rooms just painted but they could’ve updated them more. Old tile in the bathroom and poor electrical outlets. Would not go back. I see why no one comes to Atlantic City.
