When I went to the office, all that is provided after 7 is a computer/zoom type screen, no live person. The zoom person said they’re sorry but no one would be there to do anything about it and suggested that I should have checked to see if the tv worked when I arrived. I spoke to a real person the next morning who said that they would report it to management who would reach out to me. It’s been a week and no one ever reached out. So I guess it’s their policy that guests should check to make sure everything works before the live people go home. Check the tv, a/c, all lights and make sure the toilet flushes and that you have both hot and cold running water. And you won’t get help for any problems.

Close to where we needed to be. In a small space. Older place

Nobody at the property after 7. Came home from the game and housekeeping had taken our towels and left 2 for three people. No staff to help. Only a video connect to someone off site.

Upon check in went up to the room and the door was left wide open….went down to the lobby to get a new room and instead of speaking to a person had to deal with a “virtual lobby attendant” on a screen at around 9:20pm to get a new room. Very uncomfortable feeling in general and rooms weren’t very clean. The ac unit was barely working and room had a musty smell. I would’ve switched hotels entirely but the weekend was sold out for parents weekend and switching wasn’t an option.

Location Room was not as advertised. Stayed in 118. Supposed to be king with pull out sofa. There was no pull out sofa. Layout was different than advertised in pictures and room condition was much different as well. To top it off the TV did not work. It would come on but no channels available.
-
The room appeared to be in significant need of basic repairs, maintenance, and updating. Given that the room typically sells for around $90 per night, the substantial increase for Parents Weekend felt disproportionate to the quality and condition of the accommodations. We understand that rates increase during high-demand weekends, but the price should still feel reasonable relative to the overall experience.

It's near the interstate

Very poor

They had roaches in the bed and all over the walls

I like that they allowed my dog to stay with me.

This is probably the cheapest hotel anywhere near Auburn. For the price it’s not a bad deal at all. The beds and pillows are pretty uncomfortable but it was clean, had decent water pressure, and the AC and TV worked. You get what you pay for with this. It’s not terrible but it’s not as nice as a Holiday Inn

Overall it was a good experience! Price was reasonable and everything was good!

The room was nasty. Floor was dirty. There was no soap at the sink in bathroom. There was a terrible odor. Told the lady at the desk and she just said she would let her manager know. No help to me. Never stay here again.

Old motel type of place. Rooms smelled musty upon arrival and like weed days 2 and 3. Towels not put in rooms one day. Out of conditioner and/or shampoo in dispensers in showers. One room the hair dryer didn’t work. Don’t think they had enough staff because that’s what desk clerk implied upon arrival. Paid premium $$ due to home football weekend in Auburn.

Cleaning solution overpowering.
-
Comfortable bed Getting run down (bathroom door wouldn’t close, tv didn’t work) no staff available to help
-
An addition to my previous complaints id like to add the inconvenience of not only once but THREE times the door tried to open for cleaning services when it was well before check out time. On one occasion not even a knock was made before the door unlocked and opened. There’s just no reason for it at all.

I booked a nonsmoking room that smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. My son is asthmatic and I showed the staff our nebulizer that we travel with along with his daily medicines. I explained that there was absolutely no way that we could sleep in that room and was told that I was given a refund. I also received a receipt for the supposed refund. I waited over a week and still had not seen a refund added to my account. I have made countless attempts to reach out to the hotel as well as hotels dot com, but with no resolution. It is fraudulent and wrong to advertise as nonsmoking when the room wreaks of digested and marijuana smoke. I am shocked that a business would make such a poor decision to deceive me instead of simply refunding me. I’m sure they booked the room within 15 minutes since it was a game day, and they doubled their money.
