Candlewood Suites Auburn by IHG

Staff Bathtub was black on the bottom, wife would not take a bath in it.Had to run water over 5 minutes to get hot water, not enough towels for a stay if you did use them, the place was 1980s.

How quiet and peaceful it is.. Everything was great as usual

Exceptional

It was the nicest place I’ve stayed It cost a little more but it was so to the football game

My stay was incredible. The staff was very nice and helpful. My room was amazing and very clean. I would most definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, large, clean room

Very nice room and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

everything worked. comfortable. easy check in. bath tub had rust lines inside. not dirty just not visibly appealing. where the tub and floor meet needs to be caulked. if water continues to seep down into the crack, issues may arise. unit 105

Very good

We stayed in a suite and it had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, had easy checkin. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed, clean room. NOT located within easy walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc…

My day was excellent. The room was really clean and I would use this property again.

The hotel was nice. I love CANDLEWOOD suites. However this particular one had too much pet hair in the hotel and the room I was in. I laid my shirt down on the recliner after ironing it and picked it up and it was full of pet hair!! I know it’s a pet friendly hotel but that was unacceptable.

Staff were friendly and we enjoyed the complementary coffee. The air in the room could have been cooler but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I would stay again.

I had a neighbor who was playing music very loudly right next door. Staff took care of it, and then all I heard was for slamming.

Loved the kitchenette and counter space in the room. The bed was also comfortable. I had a neighbor who was playing music very loudly right next door. Staff took care of it, and then all I heard was for slamming.

Great place

Self-serve for full week guests so plan accordingly.

The location is just off the highway, yet the property is surprisingly quiet. We never heard traffic from our room. The parking lot and grounds were always clean and well maintained. The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Every team member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. It’s clear that General Manager Ryan has built a customer focused team that genuinely cares about the guest experience. Our room was spotless, and the kitchenette was fully stocked with everything our family of four needed. The full size refrigerator and ability to cook meals whenever we wanted saved us a lot of money. The Lending Locker was one of our favorite amenities. We borrowed a waffle maker for three days, and they also offer board games, books, movies, and other kitchen appliances at no cost. The free laundry, fitness center, and business center with a printer were all incredibly convenient during our stay. Overall, this was one of the best extended stay experiences we’ve had. The combination of outstanding service, excellent amenities, clean rooms, and great value makes this property an easy 5 star recommendation. I’m honestly surprised its rating isn’t even higher. We would gladly stay here again.

Love the clean motel
