We had a few noisy neighbors. Walls either thin or they were in the hallway, but it sounded close. I’ve stayed here 3 other times in the past and had never had this issue. Still awesome regardless.

No bedding for the pull out sofa and when provided was only given a sheet. Only one elevator and minimal trash receptacles in the suite.

I needed an inexpensive stay vacation. Yhis place was perfect. Nice hot tub. Full free breakfast. Perfect location for the budget minded.

We were very disappointed with the services and the stay at Best Western Plus - Mountain View Auburn Inn, Auburn, WASHINGTON, for three reasons: 1) We arrived at the hotel after 6pm on September 11, we were told that both of our rooms are not yet ready, more than two hours behind the promised check in time! 2) Poor reception service without expressing any apologies on the late delivery of the rooms! 3) Poor reception service: reception did not provide room cleaning policy. We found the room was not serviced when we returned on the evening of September 12.

Room was clean. Location was good and staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was one of the beds in the room was a bit wobbly.

Overall the rooms and property were in good shape, clean and well maintained. The only drawback would be the road noise inside the room is significant. The windows are thin and you can hear people talking and road noise. Other than that had a great stay.
