Staff was very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was really good. Our bathroom when you flushed was super loud and pressure made popping noise each time, tub did have hairs in it. AC unit was cracked but still worked :) Pool was out of service.

I'm just disappointed with the cleanliness of my room in particular but overall I think the hotel needs some renovating and a good scrubbing. The elevator was small and not very clean. My room was ok. The carpet was gross. The air conditioner vent was broken, as well as a picture above the desk. Paying attention to detail would be awesome, ie; clean the walls, the shower head and the bathroom sink drain. It was stinky. The toilet is way too loud and the particular room I had did not have enough counter space in the bathroom. It was handicap accessible so I'm sure that's part of it. The towels were fine. The water pressure was good. And the bed pillows and tv were sufficient. As well as the microwave, fridge and coffee maker. All worked great! Unfortunately the walls are paper thin so you can hear people all day and night. And the ice maker was so loud that I thought someone was vacuuming all night. And oddly enough there wasn't a full length mirror in the room. Normally it wouldn't matter very much but I think having one is important for when you're getting ready. At the very least maybe a mirror above the desk. The staff was the best part. Thanks guys!

There are any number of moderately priced hotels in the area. If I was going to stay in that area again, I’d pick a different one.

Shower did not drain properly. Would be standing in 3" of dirty water and took 10 mins after you finished to drain most, not all water.

Everything was amazing. Staff was wonderful the only issue was pool was shut down.

I was charged 20$ for moving in , promised to credit it back to my account on the move out day. I never got the money back and no explanation was given to me.

On the up side, and it was the highest saving grace of the whole place, all the people who work there are very kind, responsive and caring. They looked hard for a room coffee maker to no avail, and gave us a bandaid and supplies we needed to dress a blister from walking on our vacation. Breakfast was good and the eating area was nice. There is a lovely patio out back where yoga was peaceful. They have a nice small dog area outside the door without a handle.

The price is good for the area. Check-in was easy. The beds were comfortable. The room was a bit run down and not completely cleaned: One of the sheer curtains was missing, a towel rack was broken, the platter in the microwave had food deposits on it, and the pool was not working. The breakfast was pretty depleted 20 minutes before it closed.

The pool was shut down right as we went down to swim and they said it was for maintenance but it would be back up the next day, however it was never going the 4 days we were there. The fridge in our room would not stay closed we had to put stuff in front of it to hold it shut. In our room the bathtub was peeling at the bottom which ended up cutting my son's foot. The halls are dirty and can tell they have not been vaccumed un awhile. Breakfast was not great at all, there was a variety but fruit was bad, stuff was not getting restocked, no creamer for coffee and it is not with the breakfast at all.

Pool was down for two days.

En las 7 noches, 8 días, del 17 al 24 de agosto solo un día logramos que limpiaran la habitación porque nos encontramos a las señoras del aseo y le pedimos que arreglaran la habitación. Presentamos la queja varias veces y fue imposible una respuesta positiva tanto de parte de las personas del front desk y de las señoras del aseo. El día que llegamos solicitamos que la habitación fuera en el primer piso ya que mi hija esta en muletas y recién operada y nos dijeron que no y la que nos asignaron en el tercer piso tenia olor a cigarrillo impresionante. Pedimos el reembolso del pago porque quisimos cambiarnos de hotel y tampoco fue posible, nos dijeron que el gerente no estaba y que no era posible hablar con el en el momento, que los del front desk le iban a enviar un correo y que a mas tardar el 26 de agosto nos daban la razón y estamos a 27 y no sabemos nada. Por todo solicitamos nuevamente el reembolso ya que no recibimos el servicio ofrecido por ustedes como hotel. Para terminar la piscina nunca estuvo disponible porque estaba en mantenimiento. Nada funciono. Quedamos atentas a una respuesta positiva.

Was a quick stay for a business meeting…everything was fine.

Broken furniture in room, breakfast was okay, staff very friendly.

Jonathan at the front desk was so helpful! I asked for a room in the top floor and he was so accommodating :⁠-⁠) the room was clean, seems new and very well taken care of, the breakfast was decent and the location is perfect! I'd stay here again! The room was so spacious and the bathroom amenities were helpful as I forgot to pack body wash.

It had rained and the floor was supper soaked. I let staff know and they did bring towels to help with the wet carpet. We weren't provided another room but i believe it was a full hotel.

Beds were clean but a bit soft. A/c worked but a bit off (quite cold to not enough). Breakfast sausages made my autistic son's morning. And staff was very understanding with him stimming. Location is great. Quiet. Only downside was door on end was exit only..
