Home2 Suites Hilton Aurora Medical Center

10/10

Very friendly staff, peppery/rooms were clean with everything working as it should! Breakfast was wonderful!

Really nice

Breakfast was great. Property very clean and staff were really nice.

Everything

Nice interior and new. Not much to walk too

Great

Good place to stay that’s close for the airport and the breakfast was good except for the bacon. Don’t get the bacon😬

The room was very well maintained and the breakfast was amazing.

The only thing that keeps me from leaving a better review is the fact that I needed to purchase some advil and found that they charged $5 for only 2 pills. That’s not the staffs fault, at all. Again, I had nothing but great experiences with the people.

Location was perfect Requested bed size was not honored. The pull couch did nit smell clean. The sheets were cheap and lent ball in them- cheap. Staff constantly reminded us that we purchased our room through a third party.

Everything was great except there was a random pop noise in the wall and it could be loud I think it was the water line. It kept waking me up the first night then I was good

I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The person who checked us in was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. This was the last night of a two week vacation. We were tired and hungry. She was able to give us a better rate than the one we received from Expedia, she checked us in early, and she directed us to good food. What more could you ask for?

Staff is horrible at customer service, found a live bedbug and bedbug evidence in the room and they turned around and charged me a $250 fee for a pee stain that was already there. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Good stay in Denver area.

.

Not worth the money.

Love the large fridge and freezer! Rooms are big and breakfast is amazing. The staff also goes above and beyond. Down side you constantly hear sirens. The beds are firm and the pillows are terrible (flat and lumpy). Recommend bringing your own. But I would still recommend this property because the positives out weigh the negatives.

I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the check in was. The quality of my room was superb, the bed and pillows were heavenly. Also the breakfast buffet was fresh , delicious. The coffee was very tasty. It was definitely worth another visit.

Very nice hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and tidy room
