This place is so freaking dirty, you can tell they don't wash the bedding between guests: there were black hairs on the sheets. There was what looking like lipstick (I hope) finger print on the bathroom wall, there is what looked like a turd streak on the floor towel. The property is not well maintained, DO NOT STAY HERE, its a dump.

Our room was fairly clean. We had a 3 day stay at the property. On the 3rd day I would have thought they would have cleaned the room. I guess not. Thanks to Colorado legalizing cannabis we had to smell it throughout the entire stay inside the building. Was definitely not a pleasurable experience. They have signs in the parking lot that say guest parking only any others have to pay. When we checked in they told us we had to pay $10 a night just to park our vehicle in the parking lot. I would not recommend staying at this facility.

Would have a better review but the smell of pot through the rooms was insane. The room across from us ...loud music loud people and Pot smell. For a no smoking policy it was ridiculous. Definitely not family friendly

Breakfast was amazing There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Front desk staff in the evening were nice but the morning staff were very unpleasant. She had her phone set up on the counter watching a tv show. She was irritated when I asked for the bathroom key to the lobby bathroom so we didn’t have to go back up to the room during breakfast. Limited soap in the bathroom, bathroom lights were so dim If you have to do your makeup while staying here bring a supplemental light or you will have a hard time. It was a suit room with no cups, silverware etc. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to break at any given time. The handle on the shower door was loose and falling off. The shower floor was so slippery I had to use a towel to stand on in the shower so I didn’t fall. The shower head was leaking out of spots that water should not be coming from and was placed at the ceiling level so no chance you can adjust the flow at all. None of the plugs in the bedside lights work , had to move the night stand away from the wall and unplug the broken clock to use the wall outlet for my phone charger. The elevator feels like a ride at your own risk situation. The floors in the lobby area were stained with coffee spills. In the evening there were what appeared to be homeless individuals watching the tv and sitting at the tables in the lobby area. I would not be surprised if the front desk attendant was taking cash or something in trade for letting them loiter in the lobby area. Overall uncomfortable stay don’t waste your money at this location.

Rust in the shower. 3rd floor smelled of weed. Pillows were hard.
-
Mold on tub seal we didn’t notice until after being in the shower, generally not the best looking bathroom.

Olia mucho a sigaro

Never will stay there again. Never had staff at front desk. Same breakfast every morning and not good. Appeared to be drug deals going on in parking lot. Many homeless people loitering around property and came in for free breakfast every morning. Not a very safe environment. Obvious staff did not care about property or guests

Breakfast was the highlight, although it was a typical continental processed buffet. The night attendant/kid (due to late check-in) was polite. I’ve stayed in worse, but wouldn’t book this one again.
