The property is under renovation
-
The property is undergoing a renovation project, but at all times the noise was manageable and the construction site was extremely organized and safe. The hotel rooms were priced accordingly.
-
Our room was cleaned but you can still smell and see dust.

They are renovating and converting to the Sheraton and as a result took out the Coy fish pond and beautiful landscape on the main floor. Hotel has definitely gone down hill and will not be staying here again.
-
The rooms are wonderful and the bathroom is huge!
-
No mention when I paid for the room online that the hotel was undergoing massive construction, OR that there is a $15 parking fee, or that the parking lot is kind of sketchy. Also the vinyl chair in the room was falling apart.
-
I stayed for a very short overnight and had to leave at 4am for a flight, but the time I spent here was actually very nice. Very comfortable bed, clean room, and friendly check-in staff. They were doing some refurbishments downstairs when I was here August 22 of 2026, but there were directional signs that pointed me where to go. I'd definitely stay here again and 10/10 recommend staying at Wooley Suites.

The location in the metro was close to lots of stores. The hotel is going through construction and the pool was closed, it didn't have that listed on the website. I was with my kids and had to go to another hotel to use their facility. Also the room stunk like BO, there was food left in the mini fridge as well, and the tub was not cleaned.
-
Couldn’t use any of the amenities because of construction how to pay 20 bucks per night for parking
-
It’s not advertised but the hotel is currently undergoing a massive renovation - the atrium is completely closed as is the on-site restaurant. The room itself was lovely - very spacious, bathroom very clean, and beds very comfortable. However, it was very disappointing to discover that most of the advertised amenities were inaccessible for our stay and the foreseeable future.
-
They are going through a major remodeling and did not tell us beforehand. They say it will go until fall 2027. No restaurant. Super dusty
-
You have a hard time even finding the front desk through the maze of plywood temporary construction walls. No compensation was made by the staff for the lack of hot water and no towels twice. It seemed as if they were being bothered by switching our room. I will not be staying here again or any hotel that is affiliated with Marriott.
-
Would stay again. Staff at the front desk could offer more information, where breakfast was located. There was a bit of construction during our stay

***UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR THE NEXT YEAR*** it was not clearly outlined that the hotel was under construction- so I’m hoping my review stays high so others won’t make the same mistake. I even spoke to some people in the elevator who mentioned they didn’t know it was under construction either when they booked so it was apparently not clearly stated prior to booking. When I say construction I mean the entire atrium was gutted. However, it was not loud while I was there since everyone must have had the Labor Day weekend off. The room was clean, the furniture needed work because the desk chair was kind of trashy looking but overall it was a nice room for the price. But again- probably less expensive since the whole property was being gutted.

Property is undergoing major renovations. We were not made aware of this when making reservations.
-
They didnt disclose that the interior of the hotel was under construction so it was dusty and unattractive. The room was fine but overall I expected better.
-
Almost everything. Construction not disclosed upon booking. Went there for my 10 year anniversary and was terribly disappointed.
-
3rd party parking fee. First room not cleaned. Second room very bright at night- from curtains, light under door, nightlight in bathroom. Also old a/c that woke me every time it came on. I got one hour of sleep. Will not return.
-
So most of everything were closed or you couldn’t use it due to the revamp But the rooms are still amazing and spacious But that is that
