Two beds in the room for two. One bed when turned down for evening had dirty Kleenex between sheets. Ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex. I normally stay at Cobblestone when I go to Austin Mn. I’m thinking I will keep my business with them.

Great experience, very nice hotel and rooms! Did not expect it to be such a nice hotel in the middle of no where.

I requested new bedding and was assured housekeeping would stop by during the day while I was out. They did not and when I raised the concern to the front desk attendant they retrieved my bedding. The on-site hotel restaurant forgot to put in our breakfast order with the chef and we waiting a long time for our pancakes that were sadly undercooked. I let the team know of our challenges and they provided additional meal vouchers. In addition, our room was quite humid during our stay and we were offered a fan at the end of our stay. It was not a normal Hilton experience for us.

very prestigious for the area, nice swimming areas, awesome bar on location with live music, & it’s very accessible for interstate access. Staff was a hit or miss, some were easy going others were abrasive. For what you get it can be an expensive stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was very musty and smelled of mildew. Hallways smelled like cat urine. Coffee for purchase $3 was like brown water. Staff was very nice and kids enjoyed the pool.

- Beds and pillows comfortable - Big smart TV - Small shallow pool for little kids (reason we stayed) - Easy access off interstate and felt safe Cons: - Mold, mildew and hair in the shower - Pool deck tile and very slippery. My son fell 3 times, walking slow. The pool is positioned weird and only about 2 feet to walk around at the corners. Hot tub not very hot It wouldn’t be our first choice to stay again

Comfortable and clean place to stay. Sports bar in the ground level, not loud and a great place to chill.

On my particular trip, it was a family trip me and my wife and two small children. They had a hot water heater go out so we had to lose hot water for two hours the morning in the morning which is hard with two young children. The lobby smelled of chlorine really bad which is four was connected to the lobby, so that’s probably why. There was a restaurant connected, but they really didn’t have anything. Children would eat. It’s more of a beer, wings and burger type of place and I myself don’t eat that stuff much anymore. The staff was extremely helpful, extremely thoughtful very good top-notch. It’s close by everything stores grocery stores other food so getting places isn’t really a problem you can walk if you need to. Overall, it was a decent day.
