Staff was great

We paid for 3 nights but my husband ended up in the hospital, so we didn’t get to stay there but one night, is it possible for a refund or credit on the next stay? We are in Austin for about 2 weeks! Thanks so much and have a good day!

Clean, large room. Bed comfortable, lots of pillows. Clean and well maintained. Only problem is road noise. Right off of I45. Otherwise great place to stay.

The curtains had what looked to be mold stains on them. The a/c vents were absolutely disgusting and coated with dust. The light fixtures were coated in dust like they’ve never been cleaned. The mattresses had nasty stains and the fitted sheet did not even fit. All night we had to fix it because if you moved the sheet came off. The shower was disgusting with stains. There’s a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel with the freeways, but that didn’t cause any noise issues for us. Overall, I would NOT stay here again. This hotel needs to train their housekeeping on how to properly clean.

Every time we walked into the room, we were hit with a really disturbing odor. There were stains everywhere—on the carpet, bathroom, shower, curtains, walls, light switches, etc. Even the elevators were dirty. The room had AC, but it still felt extremely humid, which may have been contributing to the smell. Even the bed felt humid. I didn’t even feel clean after showering and wasn’t comfortable setting my clothes down on most surfaces or even using the towels provided. I ended up going out and buying Lysol and Clorox wipes just to feel a little better. They also don’t provide many toiletries, which wasn’t a big issue for me, but it’s something to keep in mind. This hotel was on the more affordable side, but even considering the price, it was difficult to feel comfortable with how dirty the room felt. The staff was friendly enough, although I wouldn’t expect exceptional service. Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend it. If the hotel put more effort into thoroughly and properly cleaning the rooms and common areas, it could be a significantly more worthwhile place to stay.

I then temprarly left to rent a vehicle and they evicted my son abd my 84 years old mother w/o even a discussion.

Comfort suites was like a good old fashioned hometown hotel. Staff must be treated well because they all seemed happy to assist although they were younger they were impressive young people with a work ethic and respectful manners! Monitoring of towels and extra pillows is a good idea to help keep costs down, having a variety of snacks, quick food and beverage items for a reasonable cost added a nice touch, but for those who wanted to order-in it was nice. One very important critical item was the security feature for entering the lobby - it felt safe. The guests weren't high dollar snobs - we were just hometown folks at an affordable hotel that had a nice "home cooked" breakfast (lots of choices) and great amenities (fitness center, business center and pool). Highly recommend and hope they have availability every time I visit South Austin~ Internet was spotty which was frustrating but as long as I was in the lobby it was functional enough to do homework, carpets could use a good deep cleaning and a few hand sanitizers around the food areas wouldn't hurt.

the staff was nice and the breakfast area was clean, the food was okay, just regular eggs potatoes waffles and cereal.
-
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable!
-
The night lady was awesome. Their breakfast is good. Their checkout time is ridiculous and this is the only hotel I have ever stayed at that wouldn’t extend a checkout time and when they said they would they were gonna charge $25.

Clean room pleasant staff

Loved ur location and how well supervised it was. Great staff etc
-
Great breakfast 😋 clean room. 1 staff member was very friendly and helpful. The others didn't speak at all and looked like they didn't enjoy their job. When I checked in the lady that helped me was the friendliest.
-
Attention needed to cleanliness - finger prints everywhere - dusty and dirty windows /window sills -remote was nasty -tables not cleaned in the room -room was decent overall but given overall cleanliness it’s questionable
-
Nice place for price. Truck parking is a plus.
-
The property is in a nice and safe area, just lots of construction. But this is not something the property can control. Had a very restful sleep in the comfortable bed. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great job!
-
Also there was one day where police were blocking off the entire block, apparently looking for a suspect, so I can't vouch for the neighborhoods safety either. Probably would not stay here again unless the cleanliness improved.
-
This place was very comfortable! Always try to get top floor as foot traffic from next floor can be a bit noisy! Everything else was great!

A little disappointed, the main lobby was well maintained but the pool area needed attention. There was broken glass and lots of bottle caps laying around for days. There was no umbrella around pool either. Our room had lights that were not working, was missing a hairdryer and the curtains were filthy. We needed some pool towels but were told we could only have 1. There were 3 of us in our room.

Linens were torn and stained. Lamp shades had stains. Was over all poorly maintained. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Air conditioning worked great.
