The breakfast, the room was comfortable and quiet in the hallways, the staff was nice and gave me privacy Some of the staff was very rude

Was cheap which is why picked it- in the interstate so easy to get to. The shower curtain rod almost came out the wall and the knob to turn on the water was loose .

The room was not clean. Had things under the bed. It also had cockroaches in the room. I woke up at 4a.m and there was one in the bed with me. They did not offer a refund and it’s been more than 24hrs, now one has reached out to me about the problem.

The value for the stay was great! Large double room with own work/lounge area. The property def needs some tlc. Chipped paint, broken lighting fixtures, chipped bathroom tiles, etc. As long as you are able to look past these small issues the value was great and staff was friendly. Included breakfast was basic but still a great value.

When I was checking in the receptionist was kind of rude. There was a surprise $100 deposit. The hot water did not get very hot. The breakfast wasn't all that great.

They charge an additional fee. Toilet nor shower worked.

Had a roach in my room I found the morning after I slept. Other than that good lol….

Was pretty rough but if you need a clean bed to crash in it works

Everything! It's old and unkempt! The carpet is dirty it smells like cigarettes throughout, but it says it's non-smoking. They also charge a $100 hold for incidentals for what when it needs to be torn down.

Tenía muchos pelos las sábana con tierra como si no lo hubieran cambiado ,habían dejado basura en el tanque de la basura ,el palo de la cortina caído ,la limpieza no muy buena ,y el desayuno no tenía variedades terrible

Roaches everywhere in the two rooms by the elevator on the 3rd floor due to trash can posted by that elevator.

It was a nice place to stay.

La primera habitación no funcionaba la llave de la regadera y el baño tiraba agua y tampoco funcionaba, después me cambiaron a otra habitación y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, por último decidí cambiar de hotel y nunca atendieron mi reembolso.

Five star only on price vs quality and room size

Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t any better. I went to take a shower and was disgusted by the condition of the tub. There were stains, dark specks, grime/buildup, discoloration, and the finish around the tub was peeling and chipping badly. I’ve included pictures because they speak for themselves. After already having to switch rooms because of the smell, the last thing we should have had to deal with was an unsanitary-looking bathroom in the replacement room. At this point, I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower. A clean room and bathroom are the BARE MINIMUM when paying for a hotel. We shouldn’t have to keep switching rooms hoping to eventually get one that is clean and properly maintained. One star is generous. Save your money and stay somewhere else. 🚩

They couldn’t provide us with me clean towels and bed sheets. And they didn’t take our rashes out. Just bad Service overall

The room was not to clean i got towels it had hair on it , the door in the restroom was damage the carpet had stains , the floor was bad water was coming out of the vinyl floor. The couch was rip it look old . the lobby the water jar was broken any insects or flies can go in and out i never got water from there

Place was alright for the price. Rooms were humid and breakfast was mediocre.

I didn't like i had to go up to the third floor to find a working ice machine, when our room was on the first floor. Extra towels and toilet paper were needed.
