DoubleTree by Hilton Austin

The location is perfect, right by I-35. Shopping strip within minutes 1. The A/C was not cooling properly in the room 2. There was no A/C in elevators, it was extremely dirty & hot. 3. I paid additional to book a room with a “view” & my “view” was the side of the building

My coworker could not get a printout of the receipt of the stay because hotel engine reserved through a third party. That is a problem because we have to have that to submit to travel.

11/10 all around. Absolutely no complaints on any aspect

It was quiet and the staff was friendly. Further from downtown than I thought. Not much in walking distance.

Excellent property!! Staff were very helpful!!! So clean and comfy! Reminds me of Italy as you sit by the pool and Hot Tub. The only thing it was missing was a microwave

I stayed in 324, room right next to the 3rd floor parking entry and elevator, there was a lot of people in and out throughout the night that the door slammed each time. My room was designed for someone who is handicapped or in a wheelchair, which is something I did not request.

The water pressure was low and the tiolet was not flushing properly. I reported the issue. I will try this hotel again as this is not the standard and it is conveniently located to my meetings and favorite placed to eat while in Austin.

Beautiful location! The breakfast was a professional restaurant and additional restaurants in walking distant. I enjoyed the balcony doors in my room. Would stay again!

Poor wifi on entire property. unable to perform as a work location. worst hilton ever with WIFI
