Extended Stay America Premier Suites Austin Austin Airport

Everything is clean We have stayed there twice

My TV screen would go after 10 minutes. The light by the bed would shut off and come back on by its self. They charged my credit card $100 after check out. Called it parking fee. $20 a day.

Exceptional

Breakfast is grab and go sugary carbs only.

If you only need 1 night to sleep and not interested in any amenities this hotel will work. Dont expect breakfast, and coffee was not ready at 8am. Because of the AC unit in room, it was noisy at night.

Everything was great

The staff was great and the rooms were awesome

Exceptional

Second time at this location , very pleased.

The staff was great, and the rooms were very comfortable

The rooms were nice, and the staff was extremely friendly.

I would 1st love to sa, Thank you for all that you done for me. I had an amazing time when I was there. It was very nice peoples that also here as well. Easy to booked, but the best of all , the young lady at the front desk. She was so happy n helpful. She did everything she could to assist, I loved it. The young men that helped me to my room, gotta give him his Stars as well. I haven't been in a place like this in over 30 yrs. The staff was just amazing n helpful, I really enjoyed myself n Im coming back soon.

Location. Room was not ready upon arrival. Breakfast was very basic. Coffee , oatmeal without hot water , and oranges.

Everything and the staff was great

Clean, easy to park, no hair dryer

The elevators didn’t work I had to take my luggage to the fourth floor, plus the refrigerator made a loud noise never turns off it kept me up all night Better beds better price

The air conditioner in room 131 was not working, it’s to hot in Texas for that not to be noticed.

The room got dark They charged me 2x for one night and won’t refund the mistake. No airport shuttle.

Perfect Quite and Great Location
