I love everything about this place especially the staffs. Mr Solomon was one of the staff that I really would always remember for the rest of my life he was very kind and also his coworker I cannot remember her name but she's from Jacksonville Florida. I like the fact that they saw that I was having a stressful moment and they quickly took that stress away. They made it a lot more appreciative and stress-free for the remaining of my stay. Thank you guys I really appreciate that may God continue to bless you all. I highly highly wood recommend this hotel to others.

Great place to stay for a longhorn game.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a nice view from the 10th floor. Staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out, and the valet got our vehicle in and out quickly! The bar/restaurant closed at 10:00, so by the time we got back to the hotel from the football game we had to go somewhere else to get food and a drink.

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was just a bar. The food and drinks were terribly expensive. And even the snacks were expensive. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was just a bar. The food and drinks were terribly expensive. And even the snacks were expensive.

I stayed by myself. The room was spacious and clean, offering great value for the price.

Clean well groomed place for a night stay. Location is great to downtown walking distance to events. Pet friendly means more money. Not explained. We have two dogs that are under 7lbs combined and have to pay 75 dollars per night not to include the mandatory parking that is an additional 55 dollars per night. A/C did not work well and spoke with GIO ( manager) and an obvious not a (X gen) rude and sarcastic and spoke with condensing manner to an person twice his age. Very unprofessional.

Paid extra for breakfast but then wasn’t able to get breakfast due to having to pay for breakfast. Kinda crazy you gotta pay extra to get to pay for breakfast. I feel like that should be said off the rip

$22 for breakfast with lazy options is highway robbery! Egg, bacon, sausage, fruit, cereal, toast, English muffins and bagel! For that price Waffle maker, pancakes, French toast options would be great. IHOP down the street was cheaper and offered way more options for the same price. If you’re not going to offer those items then you should at least lower that price. Pay way too much for the stay to have a crappy breakfast option. Other than that everything else was great thank you. Hookem horns.
