Great place to stay! Good location, close to everywhere we needed to go.

Cleanliness of the room and the environment is ok. Staff are not totally enthusiastic about having customers; they just do what needs to be done routinely. We did not have any meals. Air conditioning was too noisy and rattling in the room we were assigned the first night. We had to change the room for the second night. When we were ready to check out, I asked for a receipt, but was only given what is known is a “Guest Folio,” with a confirmation number 3538601771, and a Folio Balance of $234.16. The mention of an extra charge of $50 was not even included. I was told that if we did not make any extra expenditures, it would be refunded. Furthermore, my address was not correctly recorded, and another totally unknown address appeared under my name. My overall rating of this site is “three stars.”

Ran out of coffee every morning. Shouldn't be that difficult keeping coffee going for most of the day...

Employee at breakfast needs an attitude adjustment.

It was an amazing stay and clean. Loved it.

Toilet backed up, unable to clear with plunger despite multiple attempts. Possible poor toilet design.

Everything was fantastic but wish i had gotten 2 queen beds. Perfect. Easy entry and knowledgeable friendly staff

I would definitely stay here again. Clean room; staff friendly and attentive to the customer request; breakfast was delicious large variety of food; plenty of parking.

Enjoyed my stay

Noisy - I could hear the traffic from the highway in the room The drainage in the sink in the bathroom; the deadbolt on the door kept popping out. I had to use my key on the door to get it to pop back into the door so I could shut it. The ceiling had a big crack in it over the bed.

Parking is easy and convenient

apparently you have to show a voucher that should have been given to you at the time of checking in. I received one and should have received two other ones and I had to explain this to the lady that wouldn't let us get our breakfast had the check in person given us the right amount of voucher for breakfast

Stephen at the front desk was always very helpful and extremely polite.

I had a bad night there .i had the worse time trying to get in my room

AC went out the second night of my stay and when we went downstairs to talk to the lady at the front desk about it she was rude and dismissive. We were told at first that the best that could be done is that someone could come look at it in the morning. Thankfully Bobby (the only helpful person in the building) was able to come replace the unit later on in the night. It was extremely hot that night and the lady at the front desk should have been more helpful considering we told her that my wife had health issues and could not stay in that hot room overnight. I understand that the hotel was full but there has to be some sort of process to resolve these issues instead of dismissing paying customers.
