Check to see if any is working before you book. Elevator was broken, no ice machines worked, washing machines were not working and the pool was closed for maintenance. Front desk clerk did seem interested in helping . If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! There wasn’t any sign at the check-in desk to say the pool wasn’t working so we were changed into our swimming clothes and headed out the door to the pool before we found out it was closed. We checked out 15 minutes later.

This is our 2nd stay here this week and the elevator has been broken the entire week. The ice machine the only one they have in the entire hotel is also been broken for the entire week. The pool is also closed, so the only amenities available was the gym.

Elevator was broken throughout our stay. Our room was on 3rd floor and had to used the stairs with all our luggage’s. A big in convenience. Bagels have always been my go to for breakfast and there were none and asked if there were more and was told they had ran out the day before.

In the morning, I sent my husband to get me coffee (no machines in the room). He came back w a Keurig and told me the coffee machines were down and would not be working for a few hours. Then we went to breakfast, they had the least amount of food items I have ever seen at a HIE. I always have a bagel & pb but they do not carry pb so I settled for butter. The employees didn't seem to care whether we were inconviennced or not. They were just matter of fact. I think I'd rather pay more and stay elsewhere on our future visits.

Our receptionist was amazing and she worked hard to get us into our rooms before our boat trip and we greatly appreciated her.

Our door to the room needs looked at.

We went twice back to the desk to get a new key and still door did not open. The guy in the front desk had to go manually open it with a machine. After about 5 minutes of trying it finally open. They had to change us to different room. Had to repack and get everything out of fridge. After finally getting another room they didn’t give us the password to the WiFi. Only the key to the room. Was too tired to go back downstairs. Other than that stay was good.
