Had a great stay and clean and very helpful
-
Hotels.com and la quinta are trash
-
Area near elevator on 2nd floor and our room had a very musty and moldy smell. Low water pressure, new sink & mirror, but an old shower/tub that was very dirty.
-
Breakfast very basic. Location was excellent. I booked it for the gym and they told me an engineer was needed to open the door. But it was a bluff j felt as when I looked through there were only 2 machines and one had a broken sign on it. Very poor as I really wanted the gym and it is still being advertised.
-
Only positive was the shuttle service to airport.
-
The location The staff was not very attentive or friendly, some amenities were not available. The elevator needs a remodeling job

Nice location , would stay there again .

Was close to COTA.

Neighbor room had loud and up late girls. Cost us sleep. Told one of the employees and nothing improved. We were on the road side so lots of traffic noise until 11PM, and started again at 530AM. Not satisfied at all. Won't stay again.

I think our room must be on the list for remodeling but we forgot to ask. The lobby was very contemporary and well maintained but our room needed a makeover, especially the bathroom. The door was warped, the light switch was loose and one of the outlets did not work. The bathtub had rust stains and the sink faucet had almost no water pressure. The room was otherwise clean and safe so we tolerated it.

The room was not very clean, specifically the bathroom. The Staff was great. They were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was not very good. Air conditioning was fine. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Great location for one night airport stay Clean and convenient

Close to the airport, staff was great and helpful with any needs. The first room we were put into, smelled like rotten turtle tank water. Come to find out the ac unit was filled with black mold. There are lots of creepy homeless people all around outside so walking anywhere is sketchy and it almost seemed like they have some of them come stay in the hotel? Nice thing to do but doesn't really make you feel very safe. The dryers don't dry well.

The staff is nice and you can get a shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel for free. I also like the free breakfast. I also appreciate dennys and Starbucks being close distance. I didn’t like a few things about the hotel. I saw a roach downstairs and there’s a lot of water damage and mold in the building. The elevator always sounds like it’s gonna croak everytime you use it so that’s definitely scary. It doesn’t seem like anything is up kept there. The pool is infested with wasps and bees constantly so it’s hard to enjoy yourself. There’s also a strange man that likes to peep on the property and I caught him twice watching people eat breakfast downstairs and he also watched my mom and I swim for 30 mins. When he was caught by my mom he hid behind the trees and still watched us. Since there’s no security, you can’t really do much other than ignore him but he made the stay very uncomfortable. He constantly hid behind curtains to watch the residents. The bathtub always had a drip no matter how hard you try to turn it off. The staff is nice but it beeds a lot of work. I spent a lot of money to be uncomfortable and it definitely sucks but there’s nothing I can do about that.
