Cleanliness of the room for how unmaintained the place is. Nickel and dimed you, tacky style, bad maintenance, crappy drinks, offensive breakfast, and inattentive staff

The front door was not no one was there till he showed up he told me to move my car out of the way so he can put his car in front of the building while I still haven't unloaded my bags and haven't even got my key yet he did not care it did not serve me and he did not told me he's not going to cancel my booking and I had to leave the place and I went to stay at another hotel this was the worst place I ever been to and I was humiliated just because I was Hispanic I think

TV kept losing wi fi connection. about every 3 minutes. therefore, we could not watch anything. it kept stopping. management came timely. when contacted. however could not resolve the problem. very frustrating. Also. our room was not cleaned at all 1st morning after our stay. Hotel itself needs updating. bathtubs need relaxing, shower to bath would not turn on. therefore water coming out of both. One bed the comforter had holes In it, management advised. Since they could not fix TV. they said I would get a discount , so far they havn't even released the deposit. Also they do have a free breakfast. which was okay. mini pancakes. toast, eggs n bagels. they gave us tickets for happy hr drinks, however. did not have wine. therefore, useless.

Everything!! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

The ac unit had mold in it and was making a rattling noise all night. The pool looked green. Woke up sick with major allergies. Checked out early - will never go back.

Cocktails were pretty and parking was good We had a non-smoking room and there were cigarette butts on the balcony (as well as all over the floor outside and in the pool)! The food and drink within the restaurant was expensive and not great, the staff didn't help when we asked to be moved room due to a smelly guest opposite also verbally abused me, there was empty food plates left in the pool area for 3 days, the bed sheets didn't fit and were ripped, the towels were frayed, the room was unclean, furniture was damaged and stained. Despite asking repeatedly for the room to be cleaned (especially the butts from the balcony), it wasn't and we ended up checking out after 3 days (were booked for 7) and moving elsewhere. The staff didn't even care and the check out wasn't recorded as being early! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The lobby smelled like sewage and the doors were open to vent it out which made it very humid on 1st floor. Pool pump was out so the pool was green and had a lock on the door. So no swimming for us. The check in person didn't inform us of the free drink and appetizer. Our towels were taken by housekeeping and didn't provide us with fresh ones so we had to go looking for the housekeeping to get new ones and were sent to our room an hour later. The elevator upon arrival smelled of Marijuana and so did our rooms. My sister in laws room next to us had Marijuana roaches and cigarette butts all over the balcony. Dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed and would slide open. Cabinet doors where fridge was in were broken and wouldn't close. All these simple negative factors made our stay terrible. Only good thing was the comfortable bed and pillows.

The room looked nice. Restaurant was nice White stuff on curtains. Ac was in disarray. Pubic hairs in bathroom even on door. Could tell had not really been cleaned. Piles of dirt behind door in bathroom. Room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a no smoking room. TV had basic cable. TV was basic Could not even use my Netflix or Amazon TV with the TV due to the simplicity of the TV. Pool was milky and cloudy

The place was quiet and comfortable, and the rooms were very neat and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Nothing in particular. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Convenient location. AC was nice and cold I could hear the house keeping staff loudly talking in the hallways, yelling to each other for different things they needed when they were tending to rooms at different times of the day. AM and PM. The restaurant Casa Tulum attached to the hotel was raunchy and food wasn’t good. Service was bad. A hotel has to be appropriate for families. I shouldn’t be served by someone wearing fish net stockings and literally half of her butt was hanging out from the bottom of her shorts. The whole female staff was dressed like this and was more suitable for a dirty old man bar. My actual room was very humid.
