SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge

Staff was amazing. I had extreme difficulty getting in and out of the tub. Not accessible enough to ensure safety.

Rooms where clean. Breakfast was kept restocked. Only down side was a slight smell. It wasn’t bad enough to make me not stay or affect sleep . But, it was noticeable when you would exit hotel and come back .

Once again, the evelator smelled like pot. The 5th floor AC was out in the halway. The room itself was good and breakfast satisfactory with hot and cold choices.

They were having issues with the elevator during my stay; made it a little hectic trying to get down to get my flight. However everything else was top notch!

The rooms were so clean and the staff was so sweet and welcoming!

Atrocious. Changed my room type. Didn’t apologize. Offered a room that was “moldy”. Staff and hotel are nasty.

Coffee cold

Nice property, easy to get to and lots of things in close proximity. Hotel was nice, but our room (king suite) did not have a dresser. Just a TV credenza with 2 small drawers. We had to keep our clothes in our suitcase.

Room was clean and soap was well stocked. Also room had a nice layout. Well definitely stay again.

Great stay and good location

Security door did not work properly outside the gate of the pool access door from parking lot and another door had water dripping and carpet was soaking wet and the hallways outside the elevators were hot and I guess the pool heater was not working because the water was not heated... Oh and there is no water pressure in the shower in the room...

I really enjoyed my stay! Check-in and check-out were both fast, easy, and friendly. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and my stay was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

Some areas of the room appeared to be damaged

Room was great except for ants where I put my water glass.
